Had to go to Dover store after the Rehoboth Beach Verizon would not assist in filing a claim for a new phone after mine was damaged. Justin at Dover store was so friendly and helpful! I am a long time customer of Verizon and particularly the Rehoboth store but no more. I will make the drive to get the service !

If you ever need help at Verizon ask for Kyle .... from the time I walked in the door he was patient and kind...most of all he helped me resolve my issue
