Pleasant staff, very clean location and one of the few pharmacy's that are open late on the weekends. Located right off the highway and was able to transfer a few prescriptions from another walgreens branch.

Been on hold for almost a half hour to switch my medication to a different pharmacy. Waited an obscene amount of time at the store. Maybe they could hire more pharmacist if they’re this busy?

Always more than three callers ahead of you. We will be with you shortly. I have no problems with staff. Every pharmacy is a challenge. Have been a long term customer but getting discouraged.

I stopped in to buy some body soap. The 6 pack I wanted was locked up and you had to get a store employee to unlock the door so you could get it. I ask why it was under lock and key ? The manager said people steal it. Cost $11.49 for 6 bars. Dover De is this the way of the future ?

Wow what a most terrible experience… common courtesy is definitely absent from our younger generation. At the pharmacy window was asked to give my name…as a Latino I’m used to spelling out my name to ensure accuracy. The pharmacist cut me off and said: I didn’t ask you to spell it, just say it… and walked away from the window… when I asked to speak to a supervisor she simply grabbed her water bottle sipped away and smirked while the other person proceeded to assist me. The fact that this was tolerable just blows my mind. Walgreens is better than this. CVS your competitors are across the street if this isn’t an incentive to beef up your customer service you’re doomed. 🤦

I am contacting each Walgreens that gets their floors cleaned in the morning before their store opens by the man that picked me up and slammed me to the ground pregnant with my child. He is currently out on bail and has an arraignment scheduled in December. Your Human Resources as well as your Corporate have been notified regarding the danger that your female employees are in every time this man enters your store, before the store is open with just the female employee alone in the store with him. I have been to the hospital twice because I am bleeding and could possibly miscarry my baby if the bleeding doesn't stop. God forbid that occurs, but if it does hopefully his charges are increased. Please contact the company that contracted him to clean your floors, please notify the other Walgreens in the surrounding area regarding the danger that their female staff is in every time they are alone in the store with him before it opens. I am attempting to stop what happened to me from happening to another woman. While his charges are pending he should be unable to enter any Walgreens in the state and clean the floors before the store is open with female employees alone.

Slow. They do not know how to staff or handle customers when there is a line. The staff would rather stand around and watch/talk than jump on a register to help knock the line down. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

Medication called in the morning, came to pick up after 5 pm medication NOT ready as it was not covered by insurance. WELL people can pay out of pocket that is no excuse not to get medication filled especially blood pressure. Additional 20-25 min wait after coming to the same store TWICE last week!

The pharmacy was fantastic. The walgreens staff was horrible. I asked a store employee for assistance and was told NO. I asked again and was told NO yet again. Absolutely incredible that they care so little about paying customers. Taking my business elsewhere to their competitors.
