I had returns after the holiday and the lady at customer service (she was black, older and cross eyed) I did not catch her name. She was nice enough but I noticed she didn't take the time to mark my receipt or give me a receipt after she said the refund would be back on my card. Ive waited weeks for the money to show up in my account but I knew 10 minutes after I walked out of the store I had probably been scammed.

Had the pleasure of the manager herself helping me return items. The manager at this Walmart is named April and everyone should take note on how she shines and stands out with her professionalism and mannerism. I travel north to South up and down the east coast of America and i meet many Walmart managers as I do delivery 🚚 April, stands out as soon as you meet her. She is extremely genuine and her good attitude makes you know she loves her job. Most Walmart managers look miserable and frown. Lol I also think... by looking at April that she carries this attitude and BEAUTY through life because that's who she is. 😊 It was also coincidental that my son was born the day before her BDay 🎈 and my best friend, named April was born the day after her BDay 🎈 We discussed all of this with a quick discussion over her name 😊 in life it's meant for certain people to run across each other's paths and I certainly won't forget metting this manager named April 🌺 She is going places 👏🎉
