This location is horrible. The wait times are ridiculous even if there are multiple bankers standing around at one desk not doing anything. They also don't answer the phones.. I called once purposely as I was walking in to see if they weren't any the phone because they were busy and nope! Several employees just not doing anything and just letting it ring. Lots of training needed at this location, in all positions. What a mess.

We were long time Wachovia users and loved everything about that. After Wells Fargo took over, all benefits disappeared. Perks for using bank card, fewer free non WF ATM (only 2 now & 2.50 per non WF use thereafter). The only WF ATMs near us are 20 miles away (Dover, DE or Rehoboth, DE). We had initially set up bill pay when WF took over but had to stop that. They were taking our money and then mailing checks (5 days later) to our companies that sometimes got there after due date. We were hit with fees for late payments and twice had our electricity turned off because payment didn't make it to company in time. Can you believe they are still offering us free bill pay? This is the worst bank ever. We feel they are trying to recoup hundreds of millions they've had to pay the FEDs for being deceitful; unfortunately, their customers see none of that recoup.

This is their only branch in Dover. I have banked with Wells since it used to be Wachovia in NJ and PA. Always had a great experience until I moved to Dover. Went there to wire money to Canada (13k) The banker Bobby Jo messed up the account numbers and the money never reached Canada. On top of that, I got hit with a fine for late payment in Canada. Went to see manager Jared Merlie who was able to fix it. He also promised me a refund of the wire charges and gave me his card. Days passed, never got the refund. Emailed Jared to remind him...never got a response. He basically lied to me. Wont be going there for anymore major banking needs. Too bad they are the only branch in town. Very disappointed

I like the service but there needs to be more locations and ATM's. I have banked with Wells since it bought out Wachovia which bought out First Union.
