VERY disappointed in this place. First issue was that the guy asking me what I’d like done, cut me off before I could even finish telling him, then while attempting to get his attention after that he continued to rush past me; didn’t get to ask for everything I was going to request. Which truly wasn’t much. Just the works and a ceramic coat.
Second issue and my main issue is that I paid for their “The works” package and came back to a still dirty looking car…They rush their work and don’t do a good job. I do not recommend this place at all. If you want to go somewhere that takes their time and truly does a good job, I recommend going elsewhere.

Wasted 30.00 a wayyyyy less than par service. Inside doors were not cleaned. Trunk was still wet when I got home.

The kid in me just lights up every time we come here. I get excited watching our truck through the windows. I love the store, I am a HUGE FAN of antiques, and this little shop is like a little piece of happiness. Then it's on to the outside where the guys take their time and dry the truck by hand, to a mirror shine. Prices are really great and the customer service is awesome. Great job

It's not all that easy to find a good car wash nowadays. Tried WestSide for the first today, and I was very impressed by how clean my RAV was afterwards. Waited outdoors while their attendants towel dried my vehicle and observed how thorough a job they did. Of course their tip can was blessed afterwards. I live at a lot closer to Easton than Dover, but driving the extra miles to WestSide in Dover is definitely worth the trip.

We paid $34. for “The Works” and we were extremely disappointed. I told the manager on duty and she asked a guy to make us happy. He did his best but the interior windows were still not clean and the wipe down inside must have been done with a dry rag. Don’t waste your money on the works bc you still get the 3 minute vacuum and little interest in a quality clean job.

Visited for the first time today. They’re not in my area but I went a little out the way to get there and I absolutely loved the job they did with my truck. Definitely my new goto for a good wash. Thanks for taking care of my ride!

This establishment has been consistent. The customer services is always top tier, it gives a welcoming feeling. I appreciate this car wash and hands down feel it’s the best in the State. All those guys work damn hard and it shows. Thank you!!!! I work in Kent county but have seen times where I have traveled from NCC, to Dover specifically for Westside Carwash!
