Went here for a Geico insurance repair and everything from the check in, the damage walkthrough and rental shuttle waiting was on point. Car was repaired ahead of schedule so overall great experience.

I’ve used this repair shop twice so far! Once for a drunk person’s hit and run, and now, for hail damage from hell, and each time I’ve been provided with outstanding customer service! They’ve treated my 2017 Mazda 3 with quality work and care. Both instances like it never happened. Marjorie represented USAA, and Brian helped me out to ensure all the damage was repaired -even things I couldn’t see! ❤️ (this google account is under a fake name for security purposes)

If i use insurance i can get an estimate same dayIf i pay out of pocket i have to wait months just for an estimateWent to two other body shops and had estimates in less than 10 minutes.This place screams insurance fraudPlus walking into this place is horrible smells like armpits

They left a piece of my engine in my back seat. I had to go back after I realized it. The broke the trim piece off my gear shifter. Took a lot of phone calls and many months to get them to fix it.

This dealership should change to a circus instead of a car dealership. Ordered a truck through them over a year ago and they messed up the order, so the add-ons and specific body specifications were not included. I didn't even know until I went to sign the paperwork when the truck came in. The sales manager had to be involved and was very apologetic, but their solutions on "making it right" (with emphasis that they would only do so if I left a 5-star review) involved me paying more money to get some of the add-ons installed and a special coating put on my truck. Couldn't get everything I wanted because you can't add on some of the parts and body specs post-manufacturing since it goes into the frame of the truck itself. Spent months waiting for a repair and had to have it rescheduled because the part wasn't in on time. I went in for routine maintenance, and they scratched up my premium lug nuts and told me it was MY FAULT for not giving them a special tool to handle the lug nuts. Didn't know I had to buy the dealership tools! They like to pass the blame onto others and act like trapeze artists to dodge the blame.

My sister was driving my van when she was in an accident. Geico only gave me Winner Ford Collision Center it some place in Nj. since I live in Delaware, I chose Dover. I will say the people there were very friendly. However, there was a lot of work to be done on my van and they had it for almost 4 weeks. When i went to pick it up and drop off my rental, a lady came outside with me and did a quick look over and I thought all was good. Mind u, I just picked it up a week ago last Friday so I've had it just over 1 week. The other day, I went to clean my windshield and the passenger side nozzle shot almost straight out and went maybe 2-3" from the bottom of my windshield. that's just the first problem. I decided to check over the entire area they fixed and boy did I find many. my hood isn't even on straight. when I opened it, it rubs the side panel. I found gaps around the lights where there shouldn't be gaps. there are gaps around the front fender, also where there shouldnt be gaps. Im currently waiting for my claims adjuster thru my insurance to return my call about this. Winner better make good on these issues. Will update if/when they do. I would not recommend or go here again, for anything.

This service department sucks!! I made an appointment for a wiper arm recall replacement 1 month in advance. I showed up on time sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes then was told they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule, so I did. I showed up at the next appointment, again waited in the waiting room another 15 minutes only to be told they still didn't have the parts. I was pissed the first time this happened now I'm really mad. I thought the devises that were sitting in front of the service writers were real and they could confirm the parts were on site before I drove 10 minutes each time only to sit and wait to be told they were not there. Ok next time I called and insisted the service writer physically put his hands on the parts be for I arrived.My next appointment was for a scheduled oil change at 9:30 am I showed up 5 minutes early and was offered a ride home or I could wait in the wait area. So I chose to wait, after all it's just and oil change, shouldn't be more than an hour. 2 hours later I returned to the writers station only to see my truck still sitting at the staging bay. I was furious and expressed my anger, after all I had a 9:30 appointment. So I took the shuttle home and was told they had two lube tech however 1 quit and management decided not to replace him or her. My anger is fueled by the fact that the service writer saw me in the wait area twice and did not have the courtesy to inform me of the delay. I finally got my truck back at 3:30 that day. No respect for peoples time. I won't use Winner Farse for service if it weren't for the ont so free service agreement I bought with my truck. Winner ford really sucks.

They lack quality control and follow through. I have went to them six different times to try to get a key fob programmed. I thought it was something simple to get a key fob programmed. However, they kept telling me that it was bad key fobs that I purchased from them. The last visit they now said it was the computer in the car and had to contact ford customer service and would call me. Although, they didn't call me nor have contacted me to keep me informed throughout this painful process. I spoke with Chuck a customer service rep and he kept telling me that he would call back and never did. I was told that to replace the computer in the car it would be another $400 just for parts and no guarantee that they would be able to program my keep. I asked to be refunded my money and Chuck for over 2 weeks kept telling me that he needed to check with the manager. How long does it take to check with the manager? I called on 9/21/2022 and was informed that they were not going to refund any of my money. I currently waiting to hear back from the manager (Patrick) but more than likely will have to report it to my credit card service. I was charged for a service that they could not or did not provide. In addition, refuse to refund my money for the key and/or service charges. I only went to them because I have a Ford vehicle but it will not happen again.

Don't expect that when your BRAN NEW CAR breaks down, that this dealership will be able to fix it in a timely manner. There are no walk in oil changes. There is nothing immediate. All appointments are 1 to 3 months out. Their online scheduler is a lie. They call you back with a alternate date a month to 3 months later. After speaking to the lady at service, they've had 2 technicians for over 2 years. How badly do they treat their people that they can't get more people to work there. How horrible is the company mis-managed to not have walk in oil changes. How come all the other Hyundai dealerships can do same day service, but Winner the biggest dealership chain in the area can't do same day service or hire more than 2 technicians?

Some tightening up needs to be done with their customer service.Called the wrong number when my vehicle was ready, did not return a voicemail I left more than 2 weeks ago, and they did not show interest in helping cover an expense based on THEIR mistake. Kind of ridiculous..Service: Body & Trim

Took 4 months to fix my car, ordered wrong sizewheel (said it was discontinued but I found it on 5different websites) , wrong front lip, wrong fenderbadges, painted over a dent, runny paint, fog lightcovers and wheel liner flew out on highway assoon as I left the dealership (still haven't replacedthem). Weather stripping is messed up and thewindow doesn't go all the way up so it createsextreme ear piercing noises, hood shakes now,didn't fix my flat tire, forgot to plug stuff in, left mycar extremely dirty after they said they cleaned it 4times, can't answer their phone and my exhaustrattles now, terrible experience... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!!!!
