I was looking to buy a used car from this dealership, the car had two accidents in its Carfax history report so I wanted a pre purchase inspection. The salesman I spoke to would not allow the car to be taken off sight for an inspection. Terrible business practice.

Had oil change (The Works) performed at Winner Ford in Dover. Very good, fast service. Minimum waiting time. Service Advisor, Kylie Yoder, was very knowledgeable and assisted me in getting the best deal possible. Will go there again.

I had an exceptional experience at Winner Ford. Kylie was immensely helpful in getting my Escape in and out of the Quick Lane for an oil change. It was my first visit to Winner Ford as I had recently moved from Maryland to Delaware. Kylie helped me use my Ford Pass points to pay for the service. Go see Kylie at Winner Ford - she is a pleasure to work with!

Winner Ford service is the best! On Thursday my fleet vehicle alerted me that my passenger rear tire was low. When I checked it was way low! The next day it was low again. I already made an appointment with Winner for a regularly scheduled oil change and for them to check out this low tire issue. But I found out early Friday morning that I was going to have to work Saturday night into Sunday morning. I did not want to go out to the job site which was on I-95 in Maryland and then have a flat or something, so I called Winner Ford service back and spoke with Kylie to see if they might be able to just plug the tire until next Saturday when I was coming in for scheduled service. Kylie told me to drop the fleet vehicle in first thing Saturday morning and they would try their best to get the plug put in. Well, let me tell you, Winner Ford went above and beyond my expectations that day. Not only did they fix the tire, they replaced all 4 tires, did the oil change I had scheduled for the Saturday following, did an alignment AND got the vehicle back in time for me to leave and get to work at the time I wanted. Thank you so much to Kylie and the mechanic working by himself that day for accommodating me and getting me back on the road on safe tires!! I highly recommend Winner Ford service because they know how to take care of their customers!

Kiley is an excellent service Writer!! Kiley is friendly, professional, and knowledgeableShe has renewed my faith in Winner Ford Service!She is someone I can trust and believe that if I have a problem I can depend on her to attempt to solve it and not brush me off as if my concerns (as a woman) about my vehicle do not matter. I would only have spoken to her since then if I'd known that she replaced Chuck!Also, the mechanic who has been servicing my vehicle since Vinney is no longer there, I can trust as well that he will not take shortcuts and complete the service required!FYI:I am still upset about the simple fact that I have to pay Ford to update my Navigation maps! I figured out how to update my Sync 3 system to make sure I have the latest Sync 3 version but it does not allow me to use Ford Connect on the app to start my vehicle! I am told it is because I have a 3 g modem and I need a 5 g in order for the Ford Connect app to work. The only solution I was offered by Ford was to pay $300 to download from Ford Website updates for the navigation which only lasts 3 years or receive offers to buy a new vehicle??!!!Since Ford knows this, why can't the navigation upgrade be offered as a courtesy, because Ford has no intention of upgrading the 2017's modem which I would have been interested in having done.I am the type of person who takes care of her own vehicle by making sure that it is serviced, running, and following maintenance guidelines.I should not have a Viper security system installed that allows me to remote start from the Viper phone app plus many other features.I know that no one at Ford is going consider to making any changes for the sake of customer loyalty and only cares about Ford and not the Ford owner!

Took my Ford Edge in because the cooling fan was running even with the car turned off. Henry was very helpful. Did not have an appointment but they got me in 3 days later. That was expected. Once in the service area the problem was diagnosed and fixed that b day. No complaints. Once again, Henry in service kept good communication with me through the while process and I will continue to use Winner Ford.

We were on our way home from vacation when our Explorer battery light came on. I saw that the belt had broken. Luckily we were only about a mile from the Dealer. The parts man said that they have the belt, but not sure that they could install it. The very lovely receptionist in the service area asked the mechanic if he could help, because we were far from home worth two dogs and a trailer. They were able to replace the belt very quickly. I was very happy with the service and felt like they valued me as a Ford customer. A job very well done. Thank you so much. Henry Pollison

We had the pleasure and privilege to have Malik Montgomery be our sales agent, and I'm beyond glad we did his professionalism was put of this world. His knowledge beyond any expectations we could have, he did his thing and made a promise and it happened. Service Department, Elena, who I will NEVER recommend to speak to in service department, Always answered with a general answer. We needed warranty work, I told her they could keep the vehicle as we had another not an issue keep as long as needed. After I had to call Elena after a few days to find out if they were able to get an answer on a ptu, that we thought was issue, she said she had to call the warranty place, would call me back, which indeed she did do so; stating, "the warranty work was quite expensive and they do not cover," she said "we paid too much for the warranty for not getting any service." Found out she did not call the correct phone number after my husband said there are 2 numbers, one covers one aspect the other covers another. Which does state on the paperwork. She said "she got busy and forgot". After I called her yet again to get an update she said "oh yes let me pull your ticket, oh, the computer is giving me issues." I told her to just call me back once she could get it up & an idea what next step is and how to proceed. Also, in conversation, I had asked about a tune up. Maintaining service, I was also told by Elena that it can be added. She never mentioned to me there are different options. My husband did ask on another phone call if can be done with filters, oil etc. She said yes of course.( Mind you she is very friendly, that I give her.) I asked her to call me with a quote and what would be offered. CRICKETS TO THIS DAY. After a few more phone calls within past couple weeks (they have had vehicle approx. 8 weeks which we were ok with) playing phone tag, Elena proceeded to tell me it has been done. I asked what was done, again she responded " I will pull up your ticket give me a minute the computer is slow again." This time since I know she will not call back, I made her stay on phone. she got the ticket up and proceeded to tell me "oh yes, yesterday they ran it through computer, test drove again & finished up the tune up. "First asking, I thought it had been done for a bit now? I asked what was in tune up? Responding "spark plugs" Went this a.m. 8/29 to pick up vehicle by a very nice girl in a separate service department paid our bill. As we went through receipt, the nice girl said we have different packages for different tune ups. We were not aware of a separate service area for this option. If Elena did her job correctly would have transferred me to the other department to make arrangements. All this BS could have been avoided. I said I was not told that by the idiot Elena, but then again she sucks at her job so it is not a surprise. I will not recommend your service department at all, especially Elena. Moral to story, Elena will not call you back nor have the answer you are looking for.On a positive note the nice girl in maintenance service was very kind & mentioned she appreciated my frustration. Also, a nice salesman noticed we were trying to locate where we needed to go & was pleasant. So hoping that weighs out the bad egg in the group.

I could not have been more satisfied with every aspect of the service that I received from ALL involved with my visit to Winner Ford. From the courtesy car driver to the lady at the reception desk to the man who coordinated the repairs. All were sincerely friendly and yet always professional. I was particularly impressed with the last individual mentioned ( I believe his name was Henry) for taking the time to thoroughly explain -IN LAYMAN TERMS - the technical reasons for my Ford's problems ! ! And the best of all, the final bill for all this attention was only $214. I will ALWAYS use and trust Winner AND recommend others do so, also ! ! Thank you, Rocke Gaston

Was great. Periodic oil chge, tire rotate, check over on our Escape purhased there couple years back. In and out less than an hour, and Henry was efficient and very polite. You've improved over the years.

Friendly and professional, service was everything I needed and my service agent took the time to explain everything to me since this was my first time visiting them. I just moved to DE and transferred from another Ford dealer and was not aware that previous service did not transfer, so they were great in explaining how it all worked. I am happy to be at thei dealership and they treated my ba y with care.

We got first class service from Charles Bailey. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about my New Santa Cruz. He was kind, funny and very informative about anything I asked. I really appreciate his time and energy. He's the best.
