My 2016 golf gti that had an unexpected issue on a part that was on an extended warranty list, a part that is know to fail, all symptoms pointed to this part being the issue. Volkswagen continuously persisted that I had to replace my entire fuel tank system which would run me near 4k dollars. This was after replacing a charcoal canister diagnosed by vw, they only change that part because it is "the cheaper option" so they change that first. Called corporate and explained my issues, spoke to the regional manager who was also blind to my claims. I was also informed that I would receive a loaner vehicle, never received a loaner vehicle. The technician didn't even understand what the part does in the fuel tank and told me it would not have any effect on my issue. I took it to a different shop and told them my issue and asked them to replace the 20 dollar part. They replaced the part and my car works perfectly. Would not recommend this Volkswagen dealer to anyone looking for service.

Here's why I won't be returning. After spending $7500 in service in the past 1 1/2 years, I go in expecting to pay $600ish, but all of the extras push it to $2100ish. I then look at all the coupons on the site and ask what about these? Here's my beef - the service guy clearly stated its not his job to suggest these coupons to save me money. I'm looking to be someone's lifetime customer, but they can't be concealing relevant information to me. That makes you someone I won't do business with. I guess you have too many customers. Salesbury VW - what's your customer policy?

My wife got in an accident down the street. We needed one tire mounted, which they had, but they couldn't guarantee they could get it installed before they closed at 5:00. It was 4:15. First off it's one tire, second do it as a good business to help someone who is 2 hours away from home. I'll never give them business.

I purchased a car from Winner VW last October. Since then I've been in for two scheduled services and couldn't be happier. These folks are true professionals. They just do an outstanding job.

stay away, once they get your money they do not care about you anymore. terrible customer service, operater doesn't work so you have to call multiple times. 2 months to get your plates and they blame it on the DMV... DMV said they didn't receive the submission July 1st like winner told us. just an awful experience. wish I could return the car because it is not worth all this hassle. now I have to drive 30 minutes to get another temp tag and then again when the permanent comes in while my husband is military and I'm disabled, pathetic!!

Great people. Always ready to answer any questions you may have. Trinity and others were friendly and I had a great time working with them. Winner Volkswagen is definitely a winner. Love my Beetle.

Since 2018 We've been dealing with an issue with this dealership. They didn't put oil back in our car, damaged the motor, refused to give us the engine codes that were thrown because of them not putting oil back in the car. Now the car is having issues with the auto brake sensor going off randomly on the highway, and they test drive it for 5 miles and tell us it's perfectly fine. Customer care told them to call them to go over a checklist for safety and they refused to do that as well. Airbag light comes on while driving, and their answer was that a 2019 car can't have a cell phone in the car or it'll cause issues with the airbag sensors. Seriously, if you're going to make a vehicle purchase and care for your safety, go elsewhere. I'd rather have done business with Hertrich.

Les was quick in Getting my 15 Golf in. He explained what he did to the car, and what may be needed in the future (along with a cost estimate). That was a very helpful assessment to have. Facility was clean and very neat looking. A good experience Peter

Stay away from their service department! I've been servicing my car there for two years. Recently I checked my car's carfax and I called and complained to them about not reporting their work on my car to CarFax. They said it's not their fault and that I have to contact Carfax. I contacted CarFax and I asked them to help me solve this problem and they said they need to receive the work from the dealership as pdf/email. I called and I asked for help, I've been passed to Brian or Ryan, the service manager and he always promised me he will help me and stuff, but it never got done. Disappointed in their customer service. Shame on them for the price their asking to service a car and for pretending to be a great franchise dealership. They don't meet the expectations. I don't recommend them to anyone if you want a nice service history record for your car when you will resell it, then consider going somewhere else.
