The 4.6 rating is a mirage. I went for a remote starter. I got an initial quote over the phone and when I got there is as if it never happened. I got a second one price for the job and when I went to pay after the job was done the price changed again. The parts department doesn’t know what it’s doing. The service department is no better. The lady I spoke to over the phone told me it would take 4 hours to the job. Yet, I ended up having to return the next day. The manager needs to do an audit of his/her employees because right now this place needs to be avoided.

Great experience with my sales guy, he was patient,kind and listened to my wants and needs.
Then enter the finance guy. They throw in a 1,000 fee for some wheel protection you have to ask to take off. Then start talking about they have to pull my credit again even though I came in with an approved loan from my credit union and my credit score is over 850.
He goes on to tell me how there is no car within a 500 mile radius that is cheaper than what winner is selling it for and he can't come down.
He didn't even say, oh how about I take off $100 bucks, I mean not one penny.
Next day, we drove to Jersey and bought the exact same car for $4000 less than Winner. Guess what they didn't pull my credit again to start talking numbers either.
Save your money and your time and go somewhere else where they value your business and actually tell you the truth.

Winner VW was a great car shopping experience. The staff are friendly, will help you to get the best deal. The sales rep Quest is great with car stuff. He knows the ins and out of the VW and got the 2024 Taos. Love the car. Thank you Quest for the help and ask for him if shopping for a car. My daughter got happy when she got the teddy bear from the dealership (Winston)

I received my vehicle from the service department with the hood release handle inside the car broken, I called to have it repaired and after explaining that the dealership broke it I was told I would have to bring it in so they can do a diagnostic ($160) for something they broke. I will never take my vehicle back there again.

Winner Volkswagen, winning service! I brought in my Volkswagen Atlas, for servicing. Everyone was friendly and it was a quick and pleasant wait. They have a play area set up, that had my kids entertained for the entire time we were there. They even washed my car, which was really nice! My son’s only complaint was that you gave me back my car, and not a new one ? maybe next time!

In January I came in to get my oil changed and was helped by Austin I believe his name was. My brake wear light was on and I asked him if there was anything wrong with my brakes (which there shouldn’t have been since they’re still fairly new) and he said that they were fine and replacing the brake fluid should make the light go out. I came back a couple weeks later for that service (was helped by Amanda) and the light went out. Great. But then as I’m driving back home, the light came back on. So I called and was told to come back so they could run a diagnostic free of charge. Even better. But the light didn’t come back on so it couldn’t be completed until it was back on again. I came back about a few days later after the light had came back on but what makes this time even better is that my hood wouldn’t open. I was speaking with Amanda again and she literally acknowledges that it’s weird that it won’t open as there wasn’t any issues with it a few days prior. Nonetheless, they run the diagnostic and don’t find anything, and additionally try to charge me for the repairs for the hood latch, hood release cable, and hood striker. I’m obviously confused about this since I was literally told there weren’t any prior issues and all of a sudden after it’s been in the hands of repair shop, it’s not working all of a sudden? And I obviously hadn’t done anything to it because I didn’t even know it was an existing issue. On top of that, when I had reached out about my brake light consistently being on again for about a month (I had to wait for it to be consistent), I received no answer. The reason I’m writing this review now is because as I’m trying to get my car in order, I forgot that I can’t even get past the first step which is opening the hood, thanks to Volkswagen ?. Save your time and go to a local, trusted mechanic.

I have nothing, but great things to say about the service department here. I’ve never had an issue here and any small hiccups were quickly resolved before I even had to bring them up. Recently I worked with Les to get an oil change and replace some parts under warranty for my Tiguan. Les was always polite and communication was great! I highly recommend anyone to bring their VW here for service. Thanks Les and VW service team! -Jeremy
