Hannah at the Dover store went above amd beyond to find me the info I needed and help me. Also a young gentleman (with a sling, I missed his name) made a phone call to another location to help with an immediate need. I was so pleased with their customer service. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. Thank you!

Great experience at Zales Dover Mall. Great selection of diamond rings to choose from. Nila our Zales Associate who assisted us was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the product and patience with us was incredible. Highly recommend Zales Dover Mall. And excellent service from Nila.
