After going in person and speaking with several staff members I want to make it known that the call center they are using are the rude ones. In person the branch was very quick to help and resolved my issue quickly so I was able to access my account.
I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and I am RUNNING away. Their customer service is horrendous. They updated their online banking and mobile app and even admitted to a lot of issues but they refuse to help me access my account unless I show up at their office THAT IS ONLY OPEN DURING EVERYONE ELSE'S WORKING HOURS.”

“Applied Bank offers a good credit card for those of us with less than stellar credit. Just setup autopay and make sure you make you minimum monthly payments until you see autopay deduct from your checking account for the first time. This company really does try and I really appreciated them being there for me and my family in my time of need. I will suggest that Applied Bank updates their website as it's a bit tricky to navigate and yes I've run into issues making payments as well due to the system that they have in place... That being said, they are try to provide the best service possible to all of their members and I truly believe this. If you run into issues making a payment online, just call them up and make a payment over the phone.”

“So the other day I took out cash Cinthia was my teller. She was perfect. I hope others can learn from her. She was polite, professional, and didn’t make me feel like a criminal . There’s been many occasion in the past not with this bank but I had PNC, where I would take out cash from my own bank account but they would make me feel like a criminal. At that time I had a legit job. My earnings were direct deposited into my account, so it’s not like I was depositing cash every time into my bank account. More than one occasion I felt like a criminal when I would take out cash like $2000 or $3000. I understand banks have policies and they need to ask a customer why are you taking out this cash but you don’t need to make the person feel like a criminal to do so”

One bank declined me but wsfs approved me they will get the job done. He deserve 10 stars for doing an excellent job and being super supportive.”
“I love this place. I've been banking there for years. They know you by name and spend a lot of time with you reviewing options when it comes to taking out a loan. The credit card rate can't be beat. They've even called me when a payment was late to see if I want to pay it over the phone. You get to speak with real people, not just recordings. We've had several car loans and an equity loan through them. Their rates are very competitive.”
