“I just spoke with Tim at the Member Service Center. I am a Senior, and have "issues" with memory. I had lots of questions about my card, my account and fees. Tim was extremely patient, kind and helpful. I appreciated his help very much. Sometimes I feel that the level of Customer Service one receives these days is less than optimal, but - not today! “I was not a happy person today. After standing in line for 45 min to get a money order i was told money order machine was not working. I had to go to another branch 15 miles away. “Applied Bank offers a good credit card for those of us with less than stellar credit. Just setup autopay and make sure you make you minimum monthly payments until you see autopay deduct from your checking account for the first time. This company really does try and I really appreciated them being there for me and my family in my time of need. I will suggest that Applied Bank updates their website as it's a bit tricky to navigate and yes I've run into issues making payments as well due to the system that they have in place... That being said, they are try to provide the best service possible to all of their members and I truly believe this. If you run into issues making a payment online, just call them up and make a payment over the phone.”

“Had my debit card stolen and I had ordered a new one over the phone on a Monday. On Friday I went through the drive through and asked if there was anyway to track it because I was tired of coming to the back to withdraw cash. Jaquan processed my withdraw request and he came back and informed me that I could have a new car printed there at the branch. I had no idea.. he then went above and beyond and with out asking sent me a new debit card through the canister. Made my weekend being able to have my debit card for the weekend! Thanks Jaquan”

“Unfortunately i was not able to give 5 stars to Mike Klezaras of the Limestone Branch of Bank of America. Mr Klezaras Assistant Branch Manager has been absolutely great. They have been kind and very friendly when i come in once a month to cash my Bank of America retirement checkThey are fast and very courteous. Mr. Klezaras today 9/15 wss so helpful just like his entire teller staff. I don't know if this review will get to him or to his office but i just want again to say thank you to everyone at this brsnch.”

“So the other day I took out cash Cinthia was my teller. She was perfect. I hope others can learn from her. She was polite, professional, and didn’t make me feel like a criminal . There’s been many occasion in the past not with this bank but I had PNC, where I would take out cash from my own bank account but they would make me feel like a criminal. At that time I had a legit job. My earnings were direct deposited into my account, so it’s not like I was depositing cash every time into my bank account. More than one occasion I felt like a criminal when I would take out cash like $2000 or $3000. I understand banks have policies and they need to ask a customer why are you taking out this cash but you don’t need to make the person feel like a criminal to do so”
“Mortgage team was a pleasant to work with especially Hoa Nguyen he was very professional and kind throughout the process. He got me to closing within 29 days. One bank declined me but wsfs approved me they will get the job done. He deserve 10 stars for doing an excellent job and being super supportive.”
