Very disappointing experience.
I visited to close my account due to low usage. The banker assisting me—who was a temporary staff member—explicitly assured me the early termination fee would be waived. However, I was later charged a $50 fee without any notice. I only discovered the charge when I requested a statement. Had I known there would be a fee, I wouldn’t have closed the account. This was clearly their error, yet I’m left bearing the cost. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Inside the bank there's no problems but when it comes to the ATM.... 7 times out of 10 it's down. Don't rely on this one go to the one that's under the bridge in Newport.

The ATM has been down every time I have tried to use it this week! At least 3 days! I called Thursday and was told it was up and functioning. .by the time I got there it was down yet again! This is alarming and very inconvenient for someone like myself who works during the hours you are open!. I think it's time to find a new bank

If I could have been allowed to give a minus zero rating, I would have due to uncouth and unprofessional attitude of a branch teller whom I spoke with few minutes ago. She has no business dealing with humans, she would be better off working with machines or animals.
