I have been calling the finance department for over two weeks I have left over seven messages and no one has returned my call. I spoke to a representative and still was transferred to the finance department Voice mailbox.

I never write reviews or give feedback but I have to SHOUT OUT Joey Sivak at Holly Kia in Felton DE. He has been nothing but a freaking BOSS when it came to finding the right vehicle for me bc I am PICKY and want specific features and certain colors. Joey went above and beyond sending me different cars throughout the days leading up to purchase of my new 2025 K4! The customer service from Joey and everyone else at Holly Kia Felton is outstanding. If you’re looking for a new vehicle I definitely recommend stopping in and chatting with Joey to get you on your way to a new vehicle! Thank you Joey for everything you have done to get me into my new car!! YOU ROCK!!

We purchased a new 2026 Kia Sportage Mario and Eric were GREAT ! We been shopping around for a while finding the right family car, where we didn’t feel like we were getting ripped off big time. Pohanka Kia in Sailsbury really tried to rip us off big time told us one price then when they find out we weren’t financing with them they added $9,000 more on top of the price originally said. So happy we stop at Holly Kia in Felton to check them out. Great business there and would shop with them again for sure, and recommend them anytime! We are very happy with our purchase!

Love my KIA but the service department…in 4 years I haven’t had a single service that actually was completed on time. There is always an excuse and NEVER an apology. Need a loaner? Nope? Ask for a reason? Silence. And FORGET proactive communication. When they ask you what time the car is needed and you say no later than noon, if it’s not ready, CALL ME. I shouldn’t have to call or show up only to find out that the process is just starting. If there was an option, trust me, I’d take it. Truly the worst customer service!!!

I came to Felton Holly Kia not fully looking to buy a car and drove out with a 2022 Chevy Equinox. I had spoken to Joey on the phone the day before and agreed to come in on Saturday to look at the vehicle. I arrived and the vehicle was sitting right up front waiting. From the time I got there til the time I left was probably the quickest time id ever purchased a vehicle. All the staff were friendly and courteous and Joey went above and beyond to help me out. I've worked at alot of dealerships in my life and having seen the good and the bad these guys are definetly among the best. Highly recommend them

Left my vehicle for repairs and they said it was a battery issue which was replaced . Left my family stranded without even getting out of Delaware for vacation. Sent it back and they then said it was the starter, alternator, and possibly needed a new motor. I then took it to a nearby mechanic shop who immediately found that it was a fuse relay that shorted and burned . Found in minutes after opening hood . Never take your vehicles to Felton KIA . Absolutely a scam . If I would have kept it at KIA it would have cost me thousands. I paid $168.00 from another shop . I encourage KIA to reach out to me . They had my vehicle for 6 weeks saying they were going to fix the vehicle. I paid almost $400.00 for a battery I didn't need and they tried to scam me for thousands. Beware.

This is the second time I have had to edit this review. I left 2 stars after the last edit. Feel free to read it below. I’m now reducing it to 1 star. Here we are 4 months after I bought the car. I still do not have the permanent tags. My temp tags have expired. And nobody from the dealership bothered to inform us that the tags weren’t coming because their person quit. We called the Selbyville location and THEY informed us of all the issues happening and they are now the ones filing for my permanent tags. Seriously do not waste your time with Felton Holly Kia. They are by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I’m a Mercedes technician at a dealership. I know first hand how absolutely unprofessional this is and that it is wholly unacceptable.

Speaking as someone who is employed by a different dealership, I’m extremely disappointed by my experience with this dealership. What seemed like such a pleasant experience has turned into a nightmare. I have had the car over a month. I was called several times to provide additional documents, which I took time out of my work day to provide each and every time. And yet still My paperwork wasn’t turned into the bank on time, so the loan was sent back. So my credit took several hits for hard inquiries plummeting my score that admittedly wasn’t the best to begin with. But my co-signers score was excellent dropped almost 100 points down into the 690s due to the many hard inquiries acquired from their dropping the ball. A total of 10 inquiries. Insanity.
It was then presented like they were doing me a favor by bringing the new contract directly to my house to sign because of my crazy work schedule, only to have the sales person sit out front blaring music that could be heard from inside, refusing to come in and go over the new contract with us so we had to review everything ourselves, and then tore off speeding through our neighborhood. Sorry to have been such an inconvenience after yall inconvenienced the hell out of us. I left there originally hyping this place up and that’s truly how I felt which is why o left the original post in the review. I will now never recommend them to anyone. Especially after being treated like this FOR THEIR SCREW UP. Extremely unprofessional and it makes me feel like their true colors were shown. Still love the car so I left an extra star on there. Plan to stick with Kia But my next one will be from somewhere else.
