Our daughter has advanced significantly since joining HOC. They are hands down the best facility to help young (and older) athletes.Safety being their first priority, they focus on making sure the workouts are being done correctly to avoid injury. Giving each athlete a full run down of what drills will benefit their sport of choice. Even multiple sports!! We are happy our daughter has been a part of their gym.

House of Champs has been everything I was looking for and more in a gym! B and Dave have been amazing in tailoring individual workouts within a group training setting. They push me just far enough outside of my comfort zone to make gains in strength, agility and stamina while maintaining a safe environment. If you’re a 40+ woman debating B.yond Strength, do it!!!

Happy that Coach B decided to do a strength class for 40+ women: “B.yond Strength”. It is not about the quantity but the quality she brings during each workout. I continue to learn and progress through these sessions despite me being used to going to the gym since high school. I picked up on playing more tennis for the last year since the Pandemic, and noted how hard it was on my joints. Under their training, I have less joint aches, and injuries, quicker short bursts of movements and easier recovery. They focus on form, avoiding injuries and individualize needs depending on one’s activities. Don’t expect a high intensity, high calorie burning workout, but a solid foundation that you can rely on for years, as a great investment for continued muscle and bone strength.

I’m so grateful that I decided to join the 8 week 40+ plus woman classes. Coach B is beyond the best coach and trainer. These past 8 weeks have been life changing for me. My overall health, energy level, and joint pain has improved significantly. Coach B focus on form, strength training, and conditioning while keeping it pain free. I personally need both of my knees replaced, have 5 deteriorating disc in my back. And these class have helped me so much. I enjoy the small classes, which allows Coach B to work with each one of us individually to improve what we need to work on. I went to see my nutritionist today and she was super happy with my results, and personally wanted me to thank Coach B. My Fat Mass, BMI, and Weight went down. While my Muscles Mass increased and let me not forget I lost several inches off my waist. ?? Don’t take my word, sign up and see the results for yourself. ???????

I have thoroughly enjoyed my 8 week program with B.yond Strength Women’s Fitness Program. B is a great coach and took a personal interest in each one of us. I’ve learned a lot about how to make my weak areas (knees, feet, lower back) stronger and give them the support they need from the rest of my muscles. I’ve lost inches and pounds through the workouts but also because it’s set a foundation for a healthier diet and lifestyle. I’m looking forward to continuing with the program and seeing continued improvement as I move into my late 50s!!!! Thanks B…and Dave!

I apprehensively, joined beyond strength with B through the House Of Champs last summer. My goal was to complete eight weeks and be done but B has been so amazing and motivating. I’ve decided to re-sign up. B personalize every session for those who are fit and those of us who are not so fit. I often go in exhausted and leave completely re-energized. Not only have I gained muscle and strength. but a positive attitude toward working out . B is also very informative about nutrition, injuries and anything else you ask her. She will find the answers. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Coach B’s B.yond Strength Training program for women over 50 has been amazing! B is extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as she teaches the exercises and accommodates our aging low backs, knees, and shoulders that don’t work quite like they used to! The class has challenged me and given me both physical and mental strength. I look forward to continuing at HOC after the initial 8 week challenge ends. Thank you Coach B!

House of Champs increased my explosiveness and athletic ability immensely. Even though I was only able to train for 2 months the skills and exercises I learned under Coach Dave and Coach B are indispensable. It prepared me to go to college athletics, where many of the same drills and skills are used. When I attended college strength classes I found myself better prepared because I had done many of the exercises before. This gym will truly elevate your athletic ability!

My daughter just started training here. First impressions are very positive. The trainers are very informed and sorting her assessment showed us the areas they will work on to improve her agility and speed. Very professional, and the equipment seems very well maintained. The Coaches (B and Dave) are awesome and very knowledgeable and supportive of all the athletes they coach.My daughter Alyssa went from being underweight and barely being able to lift an 8-pound dumbbell to being able to squat weight over 140 pounds. She was taught the best form and purpose of each exercise or movement. This experience will last her a lifetime and allow her to prevent serious injuries from improper training. Now she is off to college as a track athlete. HOC was such a great experience for us. Totally worth the drive. And I can’t thank them enough for the time and care they have provided for my special athlete.

Coach Dave and Coach B are worth every penny! Each session is specifically tailored to each athlete with a strong focus on injury prevention and proper mechanics. We initially committed to 3 months and saw such huge improvements in speed, agility, vertical jump, and strength that we kept our kids in the program. One of our athletes previously had knee pain that completely resolved with the exercises prescribed. Totally worth it!

My middle-school age son has been working with House of Champs for roughly two years. Sometimes I talk to him and say he's doing a good job at school, or at sport, and he more or less shrugs it off; it's expected as far as he is concerned. The only place that he does better than he, himself, thought he could do is at House of Champs; when he comes home and says, "Dad, they moved me up in weight," that is as proud as he feels in any avenue of life. And that is because Coach B and Coach Dave have built a culture that allows kids to earn it if they want to. The muscles are great, but the attitude is priceless.

My child has been training with Coach B and Coach Dave for a bit more than a year, from the end of fourth grade to the beginning of sixth (and ongoing). Outside of our home, House of Champs is the only place that challenges my child to improve, that demonstrates the value of hard work, and that emphasizes the importance of attention to detail. Coach B and Coach Dave played Division 1 sports, and they can help your child get there, but even if your goal is to raise a rocket scientist with healthy habits, House of Champs is a place for serious people to get serious training. They have my highest recommendation.

Our athlete has been with HOC since 8th grade. From the very beginning, they met her where she was at with individualized attention and training. She is a 2-sport athlete and HOC does an exceptional job of adapting her training to in-season vs out-of-season. Additionally, they’ve helped her through injuries from time to time. Coach B and Coach Dave are two of the most authentic strength and agility coaches who constantly challenge their athletes and keep them looking forward to their next session. They truly care about what they do and not only help athletes reach that next level, they create a culture of strong work ethic, focus, and drive.

House of Champs is more than a gym. It's a community of athletes training and thriving under the specialized guidance of Coach B and Coach Dave. Every athlete is evaluated and a plan executed...no one size fits all here. Our son has been with HOC since 2017 (8th grade) and is still training this summer in preparation for college baseball. The work ethic instilled by HOC, coupled with in-depth, focused, and safe speed, agility and strength training over the last 5 years, has been invaluable. They get results! We are so fortunate to have Coach B and Coach Dave in our community.
