“We bought some lovely furniture here for our beach house in Fenwick. Our salesperson, Ruby, was helpful in providing pertinent information on fitting the pieces we wanted into our space and helping determine whether they would fit through our hallways and stairways for delivery. We were very pleased with the dining table and chairs and upholstered sofa and recliners that we purchased. (Although delivery times took a long time--because this process was during COVID...as was happening with all of the furniture industry--we were very pleased with our furniture, and the customer service! Great furniture!!”

“Katrice was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses they sell and patiently walked me through trying out several firmnesses of mattresses until I found one just right. Bought a mid-price one and also a nice firm supportive pillow (2 for one price)! Delivery within 2 days and they also will remove my old mattress for a reasonable price. I don’t have the haul away capacity nowadays so that service is well worth paying for.”

“Monogram Windows in Ocean City did a great job bailing us out when we ran into problems with Mark Cieniewicz and Window Creations of Delaware. We ordered 36 windows worth of shutters from Mark but 3 of the 36 sets of shutters didn't fit correctly. That's pretty much the last we ever heard from Mark despite numerous efforts to contact him via email, phone, and messages left with who ever answers his office phone. Luckily Monogram Windows sent Paul Miller to do the measurements and installation and he did a fabulous job. Highly recommend them.”
