Your attendant - Makayla (sp) was incredibly friendly and efficient. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Facility is immaculate and has everything you need. This is a very convenient and nicely equipped facility that makes it a pleasure to store your items!!

Great facility!! Clean and super convenient. Big garage doors allow you to drive right in under roof to unload from your vehicle. Lots of wheeled flat carts. Spotless unit. Immaculate elevator. Very helpful staff: Cory and Marella were courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business. Very affordable too.

In need of a temporary space for some building supplies. Your space fit the bill. Easy unload from the dock area, available carts for use, huge elevators to carry long items, and a restroom available when needed. I will definitely pass the word on this place. 5 stars!!

Our experience are the Hickory location was great. They were friendly and straight forward. .uch. better than the other storage places we visited. They were attentive and easy to work with. We would definitely use tham again.

This self-storage company is amazing! We were listing our vacation home for sale and were in need of a storage unit to store our furniture. I filled out an online inquiry and within 24 hours we were contacted by phone by the office staff. They were able to provide a unit and the process was quick and easy. (We also rented a UHaul truck from them, which was convenient and easy.) We only needed the unit for a few months and their lease is month to month, so it was perfect! The facility is always clean and bright and with 24-hour access, you can’t go wrong. We will definitely recommend them and return if we should ever need to store anything again.
