I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to warn people about this place. I brought my car in for what should’ve been a simple bumper repair, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. First off, the guy running the shop seemed super disorganized — couldn’t even find my paperwork when I came to drop off the car. He promised it would be done in two days… I didn’t get my car back for almost two weeks.
When I finally picked it up, the paint didn’t match, there were still scratches on the side panel, and the bumper was literally crooked. I asked him to fix it, and he just got defensive and told me “that’s as good as it gets.” Are you kidding me?
To top it off, I later found out he had left greasy fingerprints all over my headliner and seats — like, did he eat a burger in my car or something? Completely unprofessional.
I ended up having to go to a second shop to fix his work. Do yourself a favor: go somewhere with actual customer service and pride in their work.

if you are looking to bring a nice car somewhere for body work I definitely would not reccomend this place. I brought in a Mercedes to him and he told me he would have the work done in a month I told him that is a while but if that is the soonest than that is what I would do. Month has passed and I go to follow up with him instead of him telling me he's in the middle of working on my car he goes to tell me he cant even do the simple body work. Brought it over to Hertrich Collision Center and they had my vehicle finished in 2 weeks. This guy has no remorse over wasting your time.

I took my 94 Corvette to get the front bumper cover, right rear panel and the gas filler lid repaired The clear coat was peeling very bad Jeff matched the paint perfectly an clear coated It looks fantastic I am Very pleased with the work done I will go back if I need work done in the future

I used Paragon for some relatively minor body work on my 7 yr old car. Jeff reattached a rocker panel molding and was able to reuse the damaged panel which saved me a fair amount of money. I then had him repair a very deep ding on the passenger door. He had to match the paint for both repairs. When we picked up the car you couldn't even tell the repairs had been done. The car looked great! Jeff is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Paragon for any body work your car may need.

Great work and the owner of the shop is so nice! He made sure my husband and I were in the loop with all repairs following my accident. The car was looked brand new when I picked it up; I was so impressed!!
