Had to change my review! Only having the vehicle for 10k miles the engine is blown and transmission is going out the door. There were wiring issues with the vehicle also. These issues should have been corrected before the vehicle was placed on the lot for resale. The shop was the worst. Charged 300 and some dollars for a diagnostic and no determined issue.. After asking question to further understand the vehicles issues I was denied service and hung up on. and why they did not tell me if the vehicle needs extensive work they can't do it there before bring a missfiring vehicle to them is beyond me... You will have to take it to another shop and pay everything all over again. Many people around the area and a few well-known shops advised me to stay away from this establishment after i really started resurching into this company! Do not get the Wynn's extended warranty. Its a joke and they will fight you for every claim. To fix this vehicle is going to cost as much as the vehicle was to buy off the lot... Do yourself a favor and don't fall for it!

Had the best experience with Wesley, he did everything so i could purchase a vehicle. He was well mannered and just overall great customer service. Honestly my original experience with the dealership was great but that’s where it ends. I’ve reached out several times to get them to release the vin of my car so I’m able to get the car linked to the Toyota app and still have gotten nowhere and the car was purchased in the end of August. Also temp tags expire with in the week and still have no update on my plates. Unfortunately once you leave the driveway the hospitality ends. The over all experience is upsetting as this vehicle was purchased for my daughter and now my son is looking for a car and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
