“I have just recently started coming to BJ's for my vehicle's tire needs. I have had mixed experiences so far but overall a positive review for BJ's tire center.
I needed 4 new tires and was able to take advantage from a deal going on. I didn't wait too long at all to get my new tires on my vehicle and me back on the road.
However, after 2 weeks, my back right tire kept deflating. I had errands to run so I figured I'd stop into BJ's to see what was the issue. I was checked in by a gentleman but wasn't told how long it would take or really any communication. Finally after about an hour of waiting, the technician came and told me he was about to start on my tires. He introduced himself as Victor, and asked my name. He gave me a hand shake and then got to work. He found the issue almost immediately and let me know it wouldn't take long to fix. He got it fixed up in about 5 minutes and didn't even charge me for the small piece I needed to resolve the issue.
It was busy when I went so I don't blame the guy who checked me in - he was dealing with multiple customers at once. But I did want to take the time to shout out Victor who was extremely professional and hard working. I was growing impatient but his demeanor and just how he handled the situation couldn't have been better. Great employee - deserving of a raise in my eyes.”

“I just want to give a special thanks to John. He came out to help me with my car that broke down not something I wanted to deal with after working a 12 hr shift. It needed to be towed to a garage. I wasn’t sure which one to use and he went out of his way to call different ones to find the right one for my situation. He also stayed with me at my car until my mother in law came to pick me up. He didn’t want me to be by myself in the dark. He was so friendly and helpful. He made a bad situation much easier. Thanks again John for all your help !”
