“Glen was my hero last Thursday! I was returning to DC from Dewey with my dog in the car when my car died. Upon Glen's arrival, I felt immediately taken care of & safe. He was professional, kind, patient, and went WAY above and beyond towing. He was dispatched to tow my car to an auto parts store where I was to buy & install a new battery. He first jumped my car & assessed what the issue was (he was correct!) and once it was drivable, he followed me to the shop (20 minute drive) and waited with my dog while I went to purchase the battery. He then installed it for me in the parking lot & I was good to go. He truly saved me that day & stayed with me much longer than he probably anticipated.
