New facility, very clean. If renting a trailer, bring help for hook up, no one at facility that can assist.

This place was recently rebuilt from the ground up. Extra clean and lots of equipment. I have rented a truck and motorcycle trailer within the past couple of months. The lady who checks you in & out was amazing. I will be renting a 5x8 trailer this weekend for a move to North Carolina. 5 Stars.

Make sure you check EVERYTHING before leaving the lot. we had no AC/heat/defrost/vent at all and didn't realize until after the u-haul was loaded and we started on our 1200 mile journey.

Do not do business here. It took 3 days to close out a rental return. They didn’t disclose what the options were at time of drop off. Told no additional charges by the woman that runs the business. Come to find out not to be the case.
