Nobody answers the phone, they claim they can’t deliver because of no access when they never even try to deliver! Maybe it’s time to privatize the Post Office and get rid of these federal government employees. It just keeps getting worse and they don’t seem to care!

I don't know what is up with the post-person lately, but they haven't been checking addresses I've had to deliver 6 packages that where in my mailbox but weren't mine to my neighbors in the last 2 weeks. That doesn't include the 2 packages for my daughter that we never received. Please do better, or cut me a check for doing your job. Thank you

Very incompetent people who send them back for different reasons, none of them justified. You are the worst in the world and beyond any reason you don't deserve to stay there and get paid.Shame on you !!!

The worst missuse of power, they should be fined for tampering with US mail. They have returned over 30 packages of mine in the past three years. Always stating non-deliverable. And when I have my local post office pull up the package, it always has the correct address on it have filed two or three complaints with the postmaster general, that’s a joke too

I’m actually very surprised at all the negative reviews this post office/employee gets. Jon has never been anything but sweet and respectful to me. After living in Delaware for the past two years what I can tell you is that the general population is incredibly rude and disrespectful. So I’m guessing the attitude they’re getting is probably mirrored from what they’re giving. Great employee, nice little post office. Don’t like it? There are plenty of other offices to go to!

The guy working there hates his job he is rude and always tries to deny having any package. I’ve been trying to get my package for 3 weeks now and he doesn’t want to cooperate

If i could give a zero star review i would . Jon is one of the most disrespectful men i have ever had to deal with . i had a package delievered there that me and my husband both went to get. both times he backed away and denied having my package . I finally called to downtown bethany to ask for help. They were wonderful and assured me jon had my package for over a week and would not even check. We finally went in and demanded our package at which point he couldnt say a word to us and handed us the package a week later .

Does anyone work here? No one answers the phone. I have now had two packages returned to sender for no reason??? Every other carrier is able to figure out that packages get delivered on our steps/porch. Why does USPS not get it??

Nobody answers the phone. Rude and obviously hate their job. Tried reaching out to the post office to get ahold of the lady who delivers to my mailbox. She left my package in the condo mailbox unit and didn’t leave me the key in my personal mailbox to unlock and grab my package. Currently sitting outside in 90 degree weather for four hours waiting for her to make an appearance. USPS seriously is the worst mailing service.
