Shirlene was the best in helping us get a home here at High Point. High energy and helped with all the questions and final details. I'm glad I met her would give her a ten out of ten. Amazing!

I am a former resident. I rented a year or so back. Worst place I've ever lived. Unfriendly disorganized staff. Should have know when I was charged 200$ for closing costs on a rental that these people were shady. I could go on and on. Place is a scam! Stay away!

its a shame when you purchase a home here and a month later they still have not completed the repair list that was signed by me and the manager of the park. She is back paddling on certain repairs that were promised at closing. The 2 sales girls are wonderful. The repairs that were done by outside contractors hired by manager are by far a joke, slices in brand new flooring no trim put down, Now the park itself is wonderful the neighbors are friendly, its peaceful here. have had no problems living here just trying to get repairs done is a problem. will update as/or if progress is made. the overall community is great place to live tho. OK now the update...... repairs are being done now at a slow pace, still not all completed, but they are trying ...we referred some friends to purchase here, after they purchased we were told we do not get the referral bonus, after they even brought us the form to fill out before they purchased their home. still waiting on corporate to contact us. 12/10/2022 .OK ITS NOW 12/17 AND STILL NO COMMUCATION FROM ANYONE.///////// UPDATE 1/19 2023 ,,, REPAIRS STILL ARE NOT FINISHED, AND NO CONTACT FROM CORPRATE EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM AND LEFT MESSAGE..

The park was fine when I moved in, and then the manager changed and they started harassing the residents. Our water system has changed and the water is not safe to drink.Update: Karen the manager still sucks!! Don'tove here

as an ex renter I hate that I was never sent an eviction letter yet I had to move because you wouldn't renew my lease and I've been a good tenant no a great tenant I was never late with my rent always on time and I never gave you guys a reason to make me move your manager is the worst everyone can't stand her she doesn't know how to treat people or how to talk to them . I don't like that tenants who move should be charged for a new paint job that should not come our of our deposit I love how Tammy and Jillian can make things better for the tenant's they are a great asset to the company ❤️

Talking to park manager and she was kind and courteous,we address the issue and she working on it. And other than that I've had no problems and I would recommend this to others..so now it's day three and same thing and no results..seems some can do as they please and me I park my work truck up front if I can or take it back to the shop .. honestly it's excusting fight for the 2 car parking and the rest have 3 or more cars and take others parking spot

This place is what you make of it. We live on the side where the homes have big manicured yards. People seem to care about how things look (seasonal decorations, flowers, bird baths etc) Most people are very neighborly. High Point does annual 4 point inspections but that's just so that people don't let things go. We live right next to the senior side which has a gorgeous pond full of turtles ? and even some local water birds (can't seem to get a picture of the Heron...he's too quick!) The swimming pool is nice and clean and free for members. (People on the lease) I have seen what some other developments look like for comparable lot rent ? All in All this is a Nice place to Live.

The park manager is probably the biggest Karen anyone has ever met. They only hold certain people to certain standards. Not as a group. They have NO family aspects. Your property can be destroyed with no cares given from management. They never show up when promised.

It's a good place compared to some.Life is what you make it, including home; seems to me a neighborhood gets its reputation by how the people in it act.
