“Visited twice. Both times experienced excellent customer service! No wait compared to the dreadful Dover post office! Worth the additional travel in my opinion. Small but efficient.”
“It works! I sent out a postcard and two other packages on three different occasions, one of which had a fragile item. All three made it to their destinations and made it in one piece. The woman who works there is direct, to the point, and got the job done. The building looks a little rundown, but the clerk said some minor remodleing would happen soon. The P.O. box prices are about $40/6 months if anyone was curious.”
“I agree with all the negative reviews about the Dover Post Office. For years I have been complaining to the Postmaster about getting everyone else's mail but my own. This played havoc with paying my bills on time. They even put a red sticker in my mailbox to alert the carrier to make sure he/she is putting in the correct mail. I finally gave up. All this was before my current carrier, Michele. She is wonderful and takes pride in her job. She is very attentive to making sure we all receive our own mail. The only problem I had was on her day off her sub, of course, gave me someone else's mail. I respect and appreciate Michele and her work ethic.”

They are efficient, kind, professional and always in a good mood.(Even when customers are not). If you haven't been here in awhile give it another try with the new staff. “Lenora or Lanora mail carrier delivers to my community on Hunter Run and she is meticulous, efficient, and courteous. When ever I see her, she always has a smile. I have had zero issues with my packages and any time I speak to her and ask her questions. She makes the time to address my concerns. I hope she will take over my community some day soon. We notice the difference when she is delivering the mail. My neighbors also have noticed. Kudos to her and the dedicated work to our community.”
“I've always received friendly service and a smile. Staff goes out of their way to help in any way possible. You feel like you've gone back in time to where customers were a priority. The hours are weird due to the USPS. It's worth the wait to avoid the long lines at Milford or Harrington though.”
