Russell is a very kind and friendly person. I explained the problem that I was having with my laptop and he suggested to bring it over to him for a diagnostic test. He repaired my laptop within 2 hours. When I picked it up, he explained everything to me and I was very impressed with his work. Quick and fast service. Super great company!

Pit Stop Laptops Repair Service is the fastest and best repair service imaginable. I called this morning, the owner informed me of the diagnostic fee so I knew that ahead of when I dropped off my laptop for repair. The repair was done quickly. Within one hour, my computer went from not even coming on to completely fixed, and for a reasonable price. I don't know of anywhere you could get faster service, and the owner is friendly and respectful.

Had to get my laptop cleaned of ants and he got it done incredibly fast and for a great price! Such a nice guy and will 100% come back if I need to get anything else done.

While I was the Administrator for a church in Lewes, DE, we had two PCs that needed repairing, so I took them to 1 Pit Stop Laptops. Mr. Hickman was a pleasure to work with and he performed the repairs quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend 1 Pit Stop Laptops! Thank you!

I took my HP laptop to pit yesterday 8-14-2023,for a repair the screen kept cutting off, he charged me a $65. diagnostic fee, that was fine, he called me about an hour later and said it was fixed, I went and picked it up he charged me an additional $100, and said it was fixed, on 8-15-23 i tried to use it, it still did not work, I called him back he came and picked the laptop up and said he would fix it, he called about 2 hours later and said it was fixed, I went to pick it up, NOT FIXED, still doing the same thing, he wanted an additional $215.99, I refused to pay him more for a computer that is not fixed, all in all a terrible experience and I will not deal with him again, nor recommend him to anyone, Russell is not someone to deal with. He seems to think someone should pay even thou he did not fix anything

I wish I could leave 0 stars, I dropped off computer and paid the diagnostic fee, he called and said it's fixed charged me $100 more, took home and still not working, he picked it up and called in about 2 hours said fixed, and wanted another $215.99, hell no I refused to pay him any more, it still does not work, he refuses to stand behind his half assed repairs, and seems to guess as to what is wrong, so I guess I am out the $165 I paid him, never again will I deal with this business,

BEWARE: I took my laptop to 1 Pitstop and got it back with a smaller HD than was in there to begin with and older “Office 365”software that wouldn’t function properly. When I called to complain was hollered at and hung up on. I Recommend “No Nonsense “ office supply on Rt 9 for quality repairs.

Beware of 1 Pit Stop Computer Repair. Took in my Lenovo with a 500 GB HD and got it back "repaired" with a 120 GB HD and an older version of Office than when I dropped it off. When I complained owner started screaming at me and hung up. I recommend you Go to No Nonsense office machines for an honest repair.

If there were negative 5 stars I would check that for my experience with 1 pit stop laptop repair. I was taken for $300. And handed back a computer in worse shape than when I took it in. When I called to try to discuss the issue I was hung up on. I would recommend to use anybody other than one pit stop repair
