I am from out of town in Maryland. Came up with a bad case of poison on my face and neck. I had a lot of business to do in Delaware and had to see someone quickly. I was taken within a reasonable time by a friendly staff and nurse practitioner. Within the hour, I was seen by the nurse practitioner, and picking up a prescription that worked quickly. Thank you so much for your expedient and accurate service.

walked in and not even greeted but just started at. I then say why I need to be seen and she says "I cant even hear you". not welcoming whatsoever. I then wait for 30 mins i'm the only one in the waiting room for 30 mins and all you hear is everyone chit chatting in the back. no communication if i was even gonna be seenin tue next 2 hours. confused why i was the only patient in the past 30 mins and still wasn't even taken to the back yet.

Had an appointment as severe sore throat (felt like was being stabbed) and cold symptoms. Negative home covid test. Receptionist was pleasant, I was only one in waiting room, short wait, longer once in exam room but not terrible. Medical assistant was not pleasant, took blood pressure, temp, and oxygen level left. Nurse practitioner was also not pleasant and was like why was I even there, also seemed annoyed. Without checking anything told me probably viral. I asked about strep and she told me people in my age group (late 60's) don't get strep throat. At that point she took a 1 second look in my throat and said not strep or anything like that. As I had just returned from a cruise and air travel I asked about covid and she said if I wanted the pcr they would test me, yes please just to know. Do not recommend and will go to another urgert care in the future.

I had routine blood work this morning and all of the staff were so welcoming, kind, and efficient. I was in and out in a breeze. Andrea drew my blood and she was an absolute angel! So sweet, compassionate, professional. A rock star! She got me on the first stick and put all my anxiousness to ease. Thanks Andrea!

This is the second time in four years I have used the Beebe Georgtown Rehabilitation Facility. Once for L-4 L-5 physical training and back strengthening , And now , forty appointments for My left arm . This extensive rehab education taught me the proper exercises and stretching techniques to bring back the use of my shoulder.The three revolving therapists administered a computerized pre-planed progressional exercise/training program tailored to this problem which would not negatively effect my back condition.Periodic range of motion measurements were essential in determining my progress. This team’s implementation of this process is I feel most noteworthy and commendable. I would like to thank you all for your individual professionalism, care and consideration .
