We adopted a beautiful baby today at BVSPCA ARC. The girls working there were very kind. They gave us time to interact with the cats and make a choice. Wonderful facility. Thank you!

Friendly staff, Big variety of cats and dogs. Me and my mom got to hangout in the cat sanctuary and visit with a dog named Gizmo who was very friendly and looking for his forever home just like the rest of dogs and cats there. If your looking to adopt please check out Brandywine Valley SPCA.

I am just wondering why, if the majority of impounded animals are acquired due to owner poverty leading to neglect, why can you not make available some free services to the owners so they can keep their animals or even one. It feels a bit like robbing from the poor to give to the rich to me.

Drove all the way down there to re-home a dog. They stated I had to have an appointment yet it is not posted on their website.

The staff is nice enough. They seem to expect you to know where to go without any direction. There were plenty of kittens to choose from. My daughter specifically wanted a male. Even after checking the chip we ended up taking home a girl. Had to go back and exchange for a little boy.
