The service department is crooked and are liars.We took our zero turn mower in for their “winter special“ for $220. My husband (12-5-2023) dropped the mower off and spoke to the service guy in their smoke filled office. He said it was $220 for the special that checks everything for the winter. Oil change, battery, tires, belts, hoses and blades. He was told if there were anything needed to fix the mower beyond that I would get a call first to let us know how much it would be. Then the employee said it should be done in 10 days. After 10 days we did not hear anything. After two weeks we still hadn’t heard anything. My husband called 5 times over a next two days with no answer, no machine to leave a message either. On Dec 20 my husband stopped in and there no one there and a sign on front door. “Closed for two weeks for holidays” Meanwhile our mower is sitting outside in the cold weather snow rain under no protection or secure in any way. We waited until after the first of the year to call again and no one answered the service line yet again. We finally got a call back 5 mins later. It was the same guy my husband spoke to when he dropped it off. He asked the employee what going on with our mower since they had it for a month? The employee said they were waiting on a part that was back ordered. My husband asked him what part since we hadn’t been notified about any parts being needed for the mower. All the employee said was it “needed a rod”. My husband told him that he was not happy that we had not gotten a call and asked how long until the part came in? He said “any day”. It was another month before we finally got a call saying it was done and that was when we were informed the cost was going to be $521. We were upset for sure! We had to wait to go pick up the mower but got there to pick it up three days later.When my husband arrived to pick it up the mower was still sitting in the yard unsecured and not under shelter and the keys were in the mower! Anyone could have pulled up at any time and loaded our mower on a trailer and driven away with it!!!He got on it and turned the key and it wouldn’t start so he had to go back inside and tell the employees and they had to come out and jump the battery for him. Before he left, he went back in to talk to a manager about how displeased he was with everything and my husband was told that the employee“must’ve been the new guy and he forgot to call you”. He informed the manager that if the mower didn’t start the spring we would be coming back in and he could replace the battery that should’ve been working from the first time.Jump forward to yesterday and of course the mower didn’t. My husband took the battery in today (3-4-2024) and the manager said he could do nothing for us other than give us $10 off new battery.We will never spend another dime at this business and I would recommend no one use them for service and after seeing the other reviews on other sites for this company I wouldn’t use them for anything.

We have bought at least 3 mowers from Banks over the years. They are of exceptional quality. However, we have eight acres to mow and occasionally have some issues of wear and tear that need to be addressed. Their service is just so great. They will pick up and deliver for a reasonable fee, and always do an excellent job of repair. I would be lost without them. Thanks guys!

It's the only place that you can get Genuine Cab Cadet parts anywhere in the area, so we have to like the....lol. They are good with their customer service. The only complaint I have is, one day I walked in to get my parts i ordered and the man (older GUY) at the counter ignored me standing there waiting and continued to BS with this other GUY. I finally said, "Excuse me, can you please help me, then I can get out of your way". He then did help me, which took literally 2min, then he continued to talk to his GUY friend.But, that is the only time that has happened. All the guys there are very helpful.

Went in to inquire about zero turn mowers and ended up purchasing one. Little communication snafu with Mark where the wrong one was prepped (Kawasaki vs. Kohler powered). This was remedied with no harm - no foul in an hour.The technician who brought the machine out spent several minutes with me, going over its use and workings. I've ordered a mulching kit, and presume it will be as needed for my unit.

I’ve used them to service a zero turn mower. No issues. Then started having issues getting the mower started. Tried to call the service department several times. Never returned my phone calls.

What a absolute nightmare! I purchased a kioti tractor from these crooks back in March. Started having issues in April. Broken pto switch, hydraulic leak, and starting issues. Every time I call the voice mail is full. Doesn’t respond to emails. The few times I was actually able to speak to someone nothing was accomplished. Finally got a return call from mark stating that some one had COVID. I can’t believe they had it for 8 months.( it’s now December 3rd. I was warned but didn’t listen. Now you’ve been warned.

Brought in 2 mowers for regular maintenance. Excellent job getting them in shape for end of year mowing. They sell and service Toro, Cub Cadet and larger farm equipment. Large parts department. All staff are knowledgeable and very friendly.
