Took a 2001 3500 to fix the A/C. They fixed what they could, and then when there were additional issues (which wasn't their fault), they fit me in their schedule quickly! Before too long they had it all ready to go!

I have brought my vehicle to Downs twice now for serious issues. First it needed a new alternator and the something was wrong with the fuel line. The second time I had no heat and my car was overheating. I am a single mother with three kids the last thing you want is a huge car bill. Both times I felt like they tried their hardest to explain the issues and give me options while trying not ro rack up the bill. I have never felt confident with a mechanic the way I do with this place! They are the best.Service: Auto maintenance
