About Flex World Fitness
Flex World Fitness is a warm and friendly gym with a terrific and helpful staff. The facility has doubled in size, offering plenty of equipment, lots of room to work out, and a good variety of machines. It features great trainers, lots of different types of classes, and is clean with a good drink selection. The gym is conveniently located and its prices are on par with others in the area. While sometimes busy, it is a very motivating place and is highly recommended for a good workout.

I have worked out at multiple gym’s over the years and strongly believe this gym is the best I have used. The gym personnel are very nice and the amount of gym equipment is unbelievable. Great gym to establish a full membership.

Great gym with excellent equipment and experienced and friendly staff. I highly recommend this fitness facility.

I compete as a strongman and they have the majority of what I need to train. They've got a log press, farmers handles and a viking press. They've also got conventional equipment, like squat racks, sled push, isometric machines and cardio equipment. Everything you need in one place!
