Easy jobs only, like oil change or battery charge. If it requires time and effort, don't bother. DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WORK! Poor communication and poor time utilization. One month to do a 2 day job. Prepare to defend yourself when your car fails due to his work. Does take advantage of humans, not a good person.

I got the worst service ever at this shop.It made the problem worse.The owner took forever to fix my vehicle. Which he didn't fix.I will not recommend him to anyone in Sussex Kent or New Castle County or any parts of the eastern shore.

A mechanic at another repair shop told me he was not able to find a replacement part and I was afraid I would need to buy a new car. I spoke with Frank and gave him the details I was given and he knew exactly what was needed for my 10 yr old Mitsubishi and ordered it right away. 2 days later my car was repaired and Frank showed me the rusted part and explained the repair to me. Its obvious he's very knowledgeable and capable auto mechanic. Finally I feel confident knowing I have a reliable professional to take care of my car . Extremely rude service. When I called with a concern for my car the mechanic answered brusquely, even though claiming to be closed his business said open. Don’t go to a space where people treat you like a nuisance to do what they’re supposed to do: fix YOUR car.

Frank is simply awesome. My college age son broke down on the way to Ocean City. Triple A originally took it to a dealer near by. After three days and Because the car was older and complicated they did not want to get involved. After several calls and reading reviews I was fortunate to get Golden Car Care and Frank. Literally he had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a day. The man is amazing. I was even more shocked at the bill. I was expecting a kings ransom considering the service and yet he was extremely reasonable. If not for the two and a half hour commute he would be my regular mechanic. Anyone wanting service near Georgetown cannot do better than Golden Car Care and Frank.

I was 120 miles away from home on business when my alternator died. I was afraid I'd be stuck indefinitely in Georgetown. Called at 8:15 in the morning and explained I need to finish a job here and get back home. Frank told me he would make time, bring it in. After dropping off my car, I ubered to the job location, and just after lunch he called me to tell me my car was done. Great service by a caring, kind, friendly and funny guy. A life saver. Thanks Frank.
