“I lost my phone over the weekend while boating… yes it fell in the water! I was distraught and concerned about all the photos, messages and apps I would lose! I went to a T Mobile store near my house. They were no help at all, said they could ship me a phone “in a few days” and when I asked about downloading the photos, apps and messages from iCloud, I was told doing that was “ above the pay grade” of the representative and he had no suggestions on how to save my data!
We decided to drive to the Georgetown store, and we were so happy we did. The rep at this store got us a new iPhone 17 we could take with us, got everything set up and helped us for over an hour to transfer the data to the new phone! Liz, the representative we worked with was wonderful, kind, helpful and customer focused! We were so appreciative of her help and effort in solving our problem. I highly recommend this T Mobile store and Liz in particular! Thanks so much Liz for all your help! Great job!!”
