“Give Sal Quintanilla a raise because he was the only one at T-Mobile who could have helped me yesterday. For some reason my Samsung Galaxy S23+ turned into a brick yesterday for no apparent reason while I was on vacation. After calling T-MOBILE national customer service (which has declined in quality quite dramatically recently-they speak to you like they are robots) they couldn't get it to restart. The told me I needed to get a manufacturer exchange which needed to be mailed away and would take 3 days. Again, I'm on vacation. Finally got ahold of Sal who spent quite a bit of time on the phone and he was able to guide me to getting the phoe to restart and become usable again. Awesome job Sal! You're the best”
