A big shout out to Josh Lee and the team at Iron Source. They help support the Willards and Whaleyville Christmas parades. Their efforts are very much appreciated and Iron Source is the only place I go for all my rental equipment needs.

Nice people employees were good but they are buying their equipment from China Chinese made equipment and if you rent from them then you're supporting the Chinese Communist party you might as well write a check directly to the CCP if not for that it would have been four stars. I'm in the process of trying to steer my company away from them because of that reason. I'm adding this as an addendum since I wrote this post after speaking with one of the salespersons I personally think they're more worried about their bank accounts than they are their country

Thank you Terry for getting my hydraulic block put on our Sany 35 dropped off in the morning and was called at noon telling me our machine was ready to be picked up. Thank you very much for quick turn around on the service end of Iron source. Customer always comes first.

I called about a stump grinder and was told that I didn't need a trailer to pick one up, so I made arrangements with my employer so I would be able to drop it off on Monday morning. After calling back to check on availability and the hitch ball size the same counter person said he thought they were all standard? After consulting with someone else it was determined that I would need a trailer. I arrived a few minutes after 4 and I can tell the lady has an attitude and without checking said the grinder was gone. I saw it outside and after asking again she said it was reserved, so which was it? I won't ever go the again.

So my fist call for a rental rate was to Iron Source on our first big bid as a company. In less than an hour we had a response. We called two other dealers the area, one we called and emailed four times with no response. The other dealer we called our local rep, sales manager and service manger and still we wait. This is how you gain and retain customers Iron Source, you care, we are just the little guys trying to make it happen and you are there with us.

Truly an outstanding group of professionals!! I purchased a mower and frequently rent equipment at the Georgetown location for my home and business projects. I am always treated with respect The service for my mower has always been handled with Iron Source knowledgeable and quick technicians get me in and out with very little down time. Couldn’t be happier !!!!

Horrible company would never work with them - charged me damage waiver after we submitted the Certificate of Insurance and claims they cannot change the original contract. They put me on hold for 1/2 hour when I tried to speak to a manager and no one returns phone calls THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS DON'T RENT FROM THEM.

Iron source has always taken care of my needs wether it is from smaller items hoses connections etc they have always provided a absolutely outstanding service your greeted as if your family from the front desk with Josh all the way to the big man chess himself they continue to provide me with everything I need to get jobs done with minimal time spent in the store and on the phone iron source will always be my go to company for all my rental equipment needs!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS. \n\nTHEY DON'T TELL YOU THEY WILL NOT REMOVE THE DAMAGE WAIVER CHARGE WHEN YOU SUBMIT A COI. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE THIS, EVEN WHEN YOU CALL EVERY MONTH TO HAVE IT REMOVED. YOU NEED TO CANCEL THE EXISTING CONTRACT TO HAVE THEM STOP TAKING OUT FOR THE DAMAGE WAIVER. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR SOMEONE AT IRON SOURCE TO EXPLAIN HOW TO GET THE DAMAGED WAIVER REMOVED INSTEAD OF STEALING OUR MONEY

wish i could give negative stars.do not rent from these people they are crooks!!!!!!!they don't tell you they will not remove the damage waiver payment when you submit a coi. they will continue to charge this, even when you call every month to have it remove and you need to cancel the existing contract to have them stop taking out for the damage waiver.

You guys Rock! I can't say enough good things about this company.Not only do they have awesome equiptment able to do any tough job, but their customer service, knowledge and overal willingness to help the community is freakin amazing!I work with a non profit Animal Rescue Organization and our rescue was needing to clear areas in the woods to use for the dogs obedience/agility training.Firstly we had no idea on what type of equiptment to use (other than some hand held clippers, which takes mnths and mnths to do) and we had very little money to pay someone to do the job. So we started calling around to different companies to see if they could guide us towards the right equiptment as well as see if they'd possibly be willing to "donate" or decrease the rental price for the equiptment for a few days...Everywhere we called either gave us outrageous rental prices or they said they would call us back but never did...Then we called IRON SOURCE! I first spoke to a nice gentleman named Josh who answered all of my questions and said he'd talk to the management team about donating equiptment for a few days... That's when Bob called me back the very next day!Bob was super cool and very knowledgeable! He was able to figure out the type of equiptment we needed right over the phone. He was eager to help with anything we/the dogs needed for their project! He even offered to donate some of his own time to help us out himself!Bob delivered this Ventrac driving machine which had a heavy duty, cutting, eatingmachine in the front! Alls I know is the dogs and I dont have words for how GREATFUL we are!Thanx guys! Our goal is to bring human and dog together as a pack, and we can't be more greatful for you part in helping us do that! I will recommend Iron Source to any/everyone who needs tips/equiptmemt/a job well done!

Why does one of the busiest wildlife company in the area rent from iron source? Customer service and the selection of lifts we commonly use during bat season and when performing bird netting and bird prevention jobs. We schedule accordingly with their representative or Joby and they have consistently over delivered and under promised. Price is never a factor with service and selection like Iron Source. We drive 45 mins to rent their equipment versus a 5 min drive for us to United or Sunbelt. It’s a local family business and we enjoy being able to support them being local!
