My mistake. I originally left a negative review because I thought this was the other store in Lewes. Your store was great. I purchased the phone for a friend of mine and had to get it activated. Everything went well, the time waited was fine and the staff was very nice. Sorry for the mistake I'm glad you replied to my review or I would not have noticed the address. Joe

My husband and I tried to get a phone but ray was very unprofessional and said he wouldn't make enough of a bonus if he sold us that phone so he refused us opening an account and told us to leave.

The store isn't open when it's supposed to be. My husband sat there in the parking lot waiting for an hour this morning and they didn't open he was there from 9:45-10:50. They were supposed to open at 10. I have also been in the store when the person that was supposed to be working came in from his car after a couple of minutes. This is a terrible store. It's like no one cares about the customer.

I had the best experience of my life here the staff are all amazing and friendly faces my favorite person was my cell phone associate Libbey she's an amazing kind and sweet person if you go there ask for her she got me and my sister all the best deals and was an absolute pleasure to work with she also was funny and super patient again seek her out if you go in

Horrible. I drove 40 minutes to this Metro to get a new phone. I looked up their hours and it said it was open. I called and the phone just kept ringing. I assumed they might be busy or too lazy to pick up the phone. It was a Tuesday, not a holiday and about 10 a.m. I get there, hours on the door were correct but the store was locked and it was dark. I waited for about a half an hour and left. I called the next day, same thing. I'm switching from Metro. This was ridiculous.
