“The team at Verizon of Millsboro, (we worked with Lauren) was absolutely incredible in helping my family and I. We were dealing with some technology problems and also finding an appropriate plan as we needed to add our son. Lauren was able to help us access my wife’s phone, (which had a broken screen and was unable to unlock) and transfer all her phone content to a new phone. She was also able to transfer my extensive photos and all content to a new phone as well (mine alone took about an hour.) She also reviewed our plan and data usage and was able to recommend a plan better suited to our needs as well as help us with a promotion to add our son to our plan. It was so refreshing to not feel pressured or “in the dark” about plans- she showed us our options as well as pros and cons of each.
