Just remember when you sign an agreement they have you for life!!! No negotiations, no discounts, you are required to continue to use them until you die! Even if they jack up the price, 360 gallons is $1076. Unfair and not competitive. They locked the tank so it can't have it filled by another company but they refused to sell the tank, so they say they might take it out, god knows when. Its extortion. The bigger they get the worse they are. Beware.

Driver just left my house on a Saturday nite, January 4 at 8:45. They were supposed to deliver earlier today but the original driver had an emergency. We rescheduled for tomorrow but something went wrong with a ticket for tomorrow and one of the drivers said not to worry about it, he would deliver tonite. I don't know his name but he was driver #10880 in truck #PT231. Tho our tank wasn't completely empty, he came to the door to see if we needed help to start it if it needed restarting. Because of him and the help of the after hours on call person who took the call, I give them a 5 star rating. Customer service like that deserves recognition and appreciation. Thank you.

Had a scheduled appointment for maintenance on my fireplace. I was given a 4 hour window, 10am -2pm, which I don't like, but had no choice. No one called to give me any indication when he would arrive. No one called us so we called at 12:30 to inquire the status of the service and we were told, he got tied up and would be there shortly. If he did get tied up, it was not our problem....they were trying to make their problem OUR problem. The service man arrived at 2:02 pm. I told him to call the office and ask if I was going to be given a reduction on the service call.
I spoke to a young lady in the office and expressed my displeasure with no one contacting us other than our call two and a half hours into our wait. She said very abruptly that it was 2:02 pm, so basically he was two minutes late. REALLY....I told her I was canceling the service call and I would be looking for another company to supply our propane. Four hour windows are incredibly horrible and the last time we will ever accept one...our time is just as valuable as theirs... .extremely unhappy former customers.....Tom & Myrt Grosso

How do they not get more stars? They're customer service is fantastic! We've had great experiences with Pep Up; estimates, installs and filling. Five stars all day long!

I will never use Pep Up again. Paid over $500 for set up and propane, used for less than 5 months during summer, therefore no heater and very little propane was used. Husband ended up getting transferred before the year was up and I received a bull for $35. No credit for the near full propane tank. Which that propane was sold to me then sold to another customer. Nothing like them making money for the same product twice.

Smelled a leak from my tank, called Pep up (my propane provider) and they were out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. I have been very satisfied with their service department and propane prices......hope the new owner does not change things!

Due to a faulty thermostat and heating/air system, I ran out of gas this morning.While Saturday and offices closed, I left a message on their emergency line and within 15 minutes I received a call back.The women I spoke with (wish I had gotten her name) could not have been more understanding and kind. Within 2.5 hours Pep-up was in my driveway filling the tank, used for heating/air, fireplace, dryer, hot water heater and stove top. Mark the technician filling the tank (bone dry) was also very friendly (he was at his daughters soccer game when called in) , knowledgeable and no “attitude” about being at my home for emergency call. Mark was actually cheerful and asked if he could help me with anything else.Lester followed 30 minutes later to check for leaks and relit pilot lights. Another asset for company in Lester, no grumbling either about Saturday hours and told me how much he enjoyed working for Pep-up the last 17 years.I’ve had Pep-up as a service provider the last 20 years and with service like this I don’t plan on changing period.Cannot go wrong with is family owned business. Thank You Pep-up for outstanding service !

Had a new Heat pump and propane tank installed; Mike, BJ and all the crew were professional, courteous and showed immense expertise with the installation.....VERY happy (and toasty warm!)

If Pep-up owns the propane tank you are paying twice as much per gallon then if you own your own tank. I am having Pep-up remove my tank so I can purchase my own tank. They are charging for removal (I'm okay with that) Then they are charging me $150.00 to empty the tank and with the remaining gas they are only paying me $1.07 per gallon when I paid almost $4.00 per gallon. They also charge you a usage fee of $100.00 per year if you don't use enough gas in a year. What a rip off! Don't use Pep-up and don't use their tanks because you are losing lots of money!... Been a long time customer. My fuel oil tank ran out this morning and they came on very short notice to deliver. I am impressed and happy. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Pep Up for fuel oil needs.

Thank you for taking food off the table for three kids under the age of 12 because you are too greedy to work a payment plan after only 6 months. Hope you don't need my services anytime soon or in the near future. denied! Bad business practices. Should be ashamed.
