Give Sal Quintanilla a raise because he was the only one at T-Mobile who could have helped me yesterday. For some reason my Samsung Galaxy S23+ turned into a brick yesterday for no apparent reason while I was on vacation. After calling T-MOBILE national customer service (which has declined in quality quite dramatically recently-they speak to you like they are robots) they couldn't get it to restart. The told me I needed to get a manufacturer exchange which needed to be mailed away and would take 3 days. Again, I'm on vacation. Finally got ahold of Sal who spent quite a bit of time on the phone and he was able to guide me to getting the phoe to restart and become usable again. Awesome job Sal! You're the best

Amazing service 10 out of 10 all the employees are amazing funny people who work hard to make your transfers from other providers super easy and they love to give you the best deals possible my favorite employee is Libbey she's a hard working sweet employee that helped me my sister and my uncle Jay a retired veteran new phones

Michelle and Santiago showed outstanding customer service! Michelle was very helpful since I had trouble accessing my password. The process was longer, but she showed extreme patience. Santiago was so knowledgeable about cell phones and reassured me if my father has problems in the future to come in and he would be happy to help. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile location. Awesome customer service!
