This post office is rude starting with the manager! They told me the wrong information from the start of me going there to get assistance with a wrong address delivery of packages! They then sent my packages back to sender after telling me that they would hold my packages for me! They made false promises and have terrible customer service! I will not return there with my packages! The manager needs to be fired!

Any one having problems getting packages delivered along rt113 should file a formal complaint with the postmaster If they are amazon packages should file a complaint with them as they have started a formal investigation on why this post office isn t delivering amazon packages

The older white man who works here is very rude. I didn’t catch his name but he’s heavyset and white with grey hairs. Every time I go here he makes very disrespectful comments to me and others.

Bought a house, previous owners lost the mailbox key. 2 weeks ago went to post office and the gentleman at the counter was more than accommodating to help me. They replaced the lock and issued me a new key within the estimated time frame the guy at the counter informed me.
If you have a problem here, you are probably the problem.

I have has mixed experiences with delivery of packages and mail to my work office but the service I received today in person honestly made up for it. Donye was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful and considerate when I had to mail cremation remains this morning. I am very grateful that he was able to assist me today with this sensitive and important package. David is always nice and friendly as well. The both of them have really improved my perception of this location.

They are so rude and never deliver packages on time. Even if you go in they will not give you your package. They tell you you have to wait for it to come on the route. waiting a week.

The woman asked me “what’s in here” in a rude tone and then I Accidentally forgot to tell her I wanted 2 day shipping and she looked at me and said “you want it now after I just printed the label” mind you it’s only a sticker and I said “yes please” she looked at me in disbelief as if I was the one who was rude to her. I just matched her horrible attitude!

Every year especially during holiday seasons my packages goes missing. Some packages are marked delivered and nothing is being delivered to my parcel box. Some packages that are delivered were opened and taped back up. I am tired of coming in and complaining

Won’t answer the phone!!! Horrible customer service, they are too lazy to do their job and they are irritated that they have to work. The attitudes are terrible.

If I could give thid place a negative star I would. They never answer, you can call and press every option and they refuse to answer. They don't deliver my packaged and say delivery attempted. I have 6 cameras, not one delivery vehicle went by.

Have been trying since Saturday to get my certified letter in the mail the carrier can't seem to deliver when I'm home 24/7.... it is Tuesday and still no luck.. mail lady drove right past me in the yard! and noone knows how to answer a phone at this location!! Very displeased! Too bad we don't get to pick our mail carriers ?

New to the area, needed a bed frame for the guest room and for several days now when I’m home all the time and awake early they have claimed to have attempted delivery when that is a lie. They just leave the sorry we missed you sheet and are expecting me someone with a bad back and a small car to drive there and pick it up myself. Not happening, having to order this frame from Amazon now I suppose. Hire different people or send a team out if your drivers can’t handle a heavy delivery don’t just lie to your customers.
