I hope you don't have to be served by the man who looks like a cheap copy of Santa ClausI'm citizen but i look like Hispanic people because my parents are HispanicsHe acted very unprofessional and made me wait an hour in addition to being late, the employee next to me was very respectful but exactly the one who attended me responded in a very passive-aggressive way if they treat them well surely it will be because you do not look like a foreign personI've had a very bad experience, I hope it's not the same for you because I would tell you again that I don't want to see his face even if it's disrespectful on my part

I made an appointment a week and a half advance for my passport to get done, and was called the morning of to say that the person won’t be in and their office is closed. Better off just getting it done at the library, have had to reschedule twice for this. Never recommending to anyone

I was in the post office earlier today and the lady (did not get her name) was talking to a Spanish speaking customer in a flippant manner. I understand our gente just came to the country but they just got here and they are trying to learn how to navigate through these systems. I got triggered and i went ahead and asked is she wanted me to translate. She said yes, and then her behavior changed as soon as she had someone help her. I had to stay for additional 20 minutes to help them how to send a package. The employees were just not helpful, they were VERY passive aggressive and even the Soanish speaking employee also were giving them a hard time. Obviously they just came to the country, and she expects them to learn how to send mail. Ridiculous. It's the tone that these employees disseminated their words. No empathy for them. I understand it's frustrating but there is no need to have a condescending attitude.

David is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Not to me personally this time, but to a Spanish speaking customer. I hate to think for him to speak to one of my family members this way. No one deserves to be treated that way. He needs to quit or be fired.

Everyone in the Georgetown branch was very nice and extremely helpful. I was there Thursday morning to pick up a package, and honestly, it was the best experience I ever had at a post office. The staff, you could tell, took pride in their work and really tried to go the extra mile. I can not say enough nice things about the people that work there. Thank you.

A worker (white male) in his 40s is racist. Few workers are kind.

One star because I can't give a zero. I just spent the last 45 minutes trying to speak to a live body about a package that was sent last week and appears to be stuck in Philadelphia, when it was supposed to deliver yesterday to Biloxi, MS. The person handling the package on 10/21/22 wasn't very game in doing research to ensure the package was processed correctly (we apparently were working with an incorrect street number, and the clerk's response was, well, it delivered before, so we'lllet Biloxi fix it), unlike the other clerk, two weeks prior, who apparently looked up the post office and acquired the correct street number, ensuring the package delivered on time, as promised. I tried calling the 800 number, only to get stuck in a loop, with no promise of a live body, and literally disconnected the call. When calling the local number, one can distinctly hear the phone call being transferred somewhere else after the first ring. My tax payer dollars could be better spent. Do not tell me the post office doesn't receive tax dollars, because the last presidential election proved otherwise.

They never answer their phone....ever. I've tried calling about a package issue, passport information, etc. They have not once answered their phone in the past year.I've even tried calling multiple times in the same day, doesn't matter.

The Staff are polite and very helpful. Very efficient as well. Parking lot is very accessible. They have a ramp for wheelchairs and for those who use a cane like myself. With out a doubt one of the best post offices I have ever been to.

I have a serious safety concern and eventually contacted Georgetown DE “Bob, fill-in Postmaster”. Our mailman is going to be hit and possibly killed while serving our mailboxes. He was totally unwilling to address my concern, downright rude and terse. Following up this issue.
