The pharmacist was way to aggressive when I asked to change my medication to the proper medication when I went through the drive through on 10/24,/the lady at the drive through gave me the wrong prescription, when I went inside to get it fixed, the pharmacist came over and he made it seem like it was my fault that they gave me the wrong one, the pharmacist eyes were bloodshot red as well, Walgreens hire a better pharmacist who cares about his job, I also noticed that when his staff talk to him he ignores them and doesn’t pay attention to them.

No star. If I am visiting a pharmacy this means I am sick, in pain or in need of medication. I called to see if my prescription was ready and placed on hold for 18 minutes then disconnected. I called back and placed on hold for an additional 33 minutes. I hung up without speaking to anyone. If so many people are in need of medication in this community I would think additional stuff would be in place. SMH

They mean well but are understaffed and completely overwhelmed after recent closure of nearby RiteAid. Good quality but very long wait times, difficult to reach by phone (I waited 35min and in the meantime drove to the pharmacy to wait another 25min). Come at a time that otherwise not busy.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!! I WAITED ON HOLD FOR TWENTY FIVE MINUTES TO NOT EVEN HAVE MY QUESTION ANSWERED!!!

Very disappointed with that pharmacy. I think that for a pharmacy, it should be clean because of all the illness and viruses there are now, but they can't even use a vacuum cleaner to clean the pharmacy area and it's all dusty.

The worst pharmacy in world messes ur perscription up half the time and u have wait for hours and then never right with the times tells u it’s done and u wait another hour it’s terrible

Always stocked with everything! Staff are always nice. I don’t care much for the location and mainly because Walmart is right there and is always PACKED, so if you’re trying to go through the pharmacy window it can be a pain, but it’s doable. Other than that which they can’t really help that, always clean and love how I’m usually in and out quickly if needed.

1/1/25 We were in need of medication for my husband that has cancer. This pharmacist and assistants went above and beyond to get the medication needed. Our regularly used pharmacy was closed on New Year’s Day and I was extremely pleased with the efforts they made to be sure I left with with his medication. Thank you

Deserves 0 stars. Had an appointment for 12:30 on a Sunday to get a flu vaccine. There was one person in front of me to get a vaccine. I waited over 30 minutes. When I asked why the long wait, the lady giving the shot made it seem like she was very busy and doing the best she can. In that 30minutes, 2 other people came for vaccines, and 3 other people came to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy. They were not busy, just incompetent. Also, she was not the only person working at the pharmacy.

If I could leave 0 stars for the pharmacist, Harvey, I would! Absolutely rude and totally disrespectful to my patient who was trying to get their prescriptions filled. Regardless of whether you are "filling in" or not, ALL patients should be treated equally and with respect. Do yourself a favor, save your sanity, and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

The pharmacy was unable to process my Highmark insurance so I was unable to get a CoVid, flu, and pneumonia shot. I have successfully used the Highmark insurance many times. Worse is the fact that there were several signs saying that if you were uninsured, Walgreens would give you shots for free. That only applies, apparently, if you are an illegal alien. Too bad zero stars wasn't an option.

None of their staff is friendly or interested in helping other people. At least try hiding your misery from the public. If I didn't live up the street I'd be getting my rxs elsewhere.
