Deserves 0 stars. Had an appointment for 12:30 on a Sunday to get a flu vaccine. There was one person in front of me to get a vaccine. I waited over 30 minutes. When I asked why the long wait, the lady giving the shot made it seem like she was very busy and doing the best she can. In that 30minutes, 2 other people came for vaccines, and 3 other people came to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy. They were not busy, just incompetent. Also, she was not the only person working at the pharmacy.

If I could leave 0 stars for the pharmacist, Harvey, I would! Absolutely rude and totally disrespectful to my patient who was trying to get their prescriptions filled. Regardless of whether you are "filling in" or not, ALL patients should be treated equally and with respect. Do yourself a favor, save your sanity, and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

The pharmacy was unable to process my Highmark insurance so I was unable to get a CoVid, flu, and pneumonia shot. I have successfully used the Highmark insurance many times. Worse is the fact that there were several signs saying that if you were uninsured, Walgreens would give you shots for free. That only applies, apparently, if you are an illegal alien. Too bad zero stars wasn't an option.

None of their staff is friendly or interested in helping other people. At least try hiding your misery from the public. If I didn't live up the street I'd be getting my rxs elsewhere.

Zero stars if I could they never have any of the medication that the doctor sends and the line to get it is so long like I do not have the time to be their that long and the pharmacy it is closed during weekend and that bad for people because they need their medication asap

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Pharmacy in Seaford is HORRENDOUS and apparently has no idea how to use a phone to alert customers if they can’t/won’t help someone (that the store right down the street in Laurel kindly was able to) and couldn’t care less I would have had to go without medication all weekend. No ethics and not following Walgreens’ standard for medication fills. I hope they all deal with the same service when they or their loved ones need medicine.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came with a friend of mine to sit with her because she had her sick children in the car attempting to go through drive through. Unfortunately this was not the case, we waited 2 hours and 55 minutes for prescriptions that were already prepped and ready. She provided her insurance information although the lady Christine was EXTREMELY disrespectful. She caught and attitude multiple times I asked her why she needed to act this way she said it’s because she was getting yelled at by her boss. I will never recommend using this faculty. Walgreens should be ashamed to have employees acting in such a way.

If you can’t work as a customer and don’t know how to treat customers you shouldn’t be working as a customer service! When I’m there trying to help and translate for others, the sad part is the Same employees told me they are rude back there, (pharmacy ) especially the lady who check you out 11/29/2022 @5:11pm she was lucky I was in a nice calm mood, because I would say what I had to say and yes she is glad that she’s off tomorrow. She said if you can’t handle a job. If the job it’s stressful maybe it’s time for you to retire and give your position to somebody else who needs it, I was very polite and kind

Pharmacy hours are not good at all. They are not open late enough to pickup after work and they aren't open all weekend!!!!! Unacceptable. Never going there again

Pharmacy has the longest wait for vaccines that I have ever experienced. Appt was for 4:30 pm, waited for over an hour before getting to even fill out paperwork (I had to ask for it and the cashier looked surprised), then waited another 25 minutes to get the shot minutes before they closed at 6. Pharmacist was super nice and and the only person to apologize for the wait. The cashiers seemed to not keep each other in the loop and left a lot of upset customers hanging around for ages waiting for vaccines or prescriptions. I know they’re super short-staffed but that doesn’t give them the right to be rude and make us wait for hours with zero explanation.

This place has taken a sharp dive down in service.... I will be going elsewhere... They still have not upgraded their website saying they are now closed at 6pm instead of 9pm.... I also believe they are now closed on weekends... every time i go there is a huge line with ateast a 40 min wait... They will call and say the prescription is ready but when I show up it's not ready.... Been going on since Randy and Sharon left.... i have been going here all my life... time for a change

The lines are always long. They now close at 6pm, as well as completely closed for the weekend now. If I use the app to fill my prescription it seems to always get stuck in the queue and I have to call to get them to push it through. I miss the old staff but the new staff that I have met are kind. I am just not sure about the management.

All the announcements and ads on radio are in Spanish. I feel like I need my passport when I go in here. And the wait time is ridiculous. There's even a sign saying staff is slow so be patient. Which is an understatement. Last visit there was 20+ people waiting in line. Front checkout line was standing there looking around wondering if anyone was even working there. And pharmacy is closed on weekends now when it's the only time people that work for a living can go without standing in a line like they're waiting to cross the border.

Since they let Randy & Sharon go in the Pharmacy the service is terrible. The staff does not seem to know what they are doing & you stand in line for prescriptions at least a half an hour - usually more!! I'm going to transfer our prescriptions to Rite Aid!!!
