Not like it used to be. Receipt checkers are outrageous. Watch you walk from a regular register with an associate then pull through your cart like you put something in it from the register to the door, meanwhile, self checkout walks out the door. Prefer to do online pickup for this location.

I came into the store on 3/7 and There is a lady named denise, that works customer service and self check out...she is not friendly and has an attitude everytime i have had to ask for help in self checkout..if you hate your job that bad, then leave. Ridiculous...we all have bad days, but not all the time ..

Curbside pickup is great though I wish they hadn't eliminated bags. Walmarr always has a good selection inside.

There was a lot of people there but all of them were nice and the employees that I encountered were helpful and friendly so no complaints

Store is clean and neat but associates are either lazy or need to get to know the store. I asked 3 associates for help neither knew where to find what needed. I asked 1 associate if they had a maternity dept and they didn't know . So I left and got my items at another store. ?

0 stars. This place is a JOKE!! They are a disappointment every time I go in. Workers there have no idea what they are doing and can’t even get on the same page! Customer service is a nightmare and their workers are distasteful. One more than one occasion they have messed up.

I only went in to use the restroom, but the store was clean and appeared to be well staffed and well stocked. The restroom at the front only has one stall. Overall, no issues with this visit or store. It was fairly early in the morning, as well.

Customer service is increasingly rude every time I go there. Their 'system' is always down. I ask if the system is up about half an hour later and one of the clerks behind the counter says, 'dont tell her it's working now!', I guess in avoidance in doing their jobs.Update:DENISE from customer service with the lisp is EXTREMELY unfriendly and had no hesitation in talking about how much she hated her job in front of customers. I will NOT be shopping here anymore. She would not refund my items either even with a receipt! Walmart: DO BETTER!

I LOVE this Walmart! The store is updated and upscale! Plenty of parking. Self check out is everywhere. If you need it??? THEY HAVE IT. Staff is kind and helpful. A great shopping experience:-)

People peddling for money everywhere in the parking lot. Man and wife playing violin for money and I was approached by a woman on a bike as I was putting my stuff in my car asking for money. I donated to both of these but it's a shame u can't even ship without being hassled by people wanting your money. I felt very uneasy about the woman on the bike so I gave her my last 5 dollar bill just to be left alone so I could safely leave

Always seems to be pretty clean and well organized/stocked store even though it seems to be a bit smaller than the other walmart super centers I've been to.

Plenty of cashiers and self-checkouts, which makes it a lot faster to get through lines and out of the store. Clean and neat. Always busy on weekends. Best to go early in the week.

We shop there about once every 3 weeks as their groceries are more affordable than other supermarkets. But sometimes price is not everything. This package of pretzel rolls was bought on 8/8/23 and opened to use on 8/10/23. Notice the mold and the use by date in the photo ?

Georgetown store----Finally I got an employee to help. He left his department to check on an item for me. Item not in store. Saved me a 30 mile round trip. Thank You QUENTIN.
