Great workout studio! Skilled instructors and fun, upbeat classes that will work you hard. They have an app where you can book intro or other classes or you can call to ask about memberships. Wear grippy socks!

It was my first class today!! Movements were difficult a little bit for me to follow as i don’t have so much experience, but I tried my best! Instructor was awesome!!!vert nice, professional! I like the pace!
