Chrissy is awesome and very helpful. Service is not what you expect of the company, bought 4 rotem controllers, ask them on the very first flock to come out and fix the sensors as they were not assigned to the correct heater switches. Been 6 months, still the same issue. Tried to get in touch with the owner with no response or call back from him.

Own up your mistakes and incompetence.
