I really enjoy the conversations I have had in the past with the Tellers. And I know this is trivial, but I also enjoy how there's always a full bowl of candy when I walk into the branch. The complimentary goodies like calendars, etc. are of course also a plus!

Great banking system. They handled my disputes with ease, and refunded any money right back without hassle. I do wish they’d allow overdraft but overall, Discovers customer service has treated me very well.

We have been with bank for many years and have never had an issue. I actually called @2:30 a.m. and the person I talked to was an enormous help with my question. The rates have finally come back up and they are a 24/7 bank based in the United States of America. ?????
