The helpful place? What a joke. Customer service is terrible JANNE was no help. Had me walk across the store 3 times to check am item. I better get invited to the employee Christmas party. So I can rsvp and not show up. Like the good employees must have done today. Of ubwant a good, helpful hardware store. Go to Felton Hardware. Way more personable and way more helpful.

The old fashioned hardware stores are the best to go and find the unique stuff and Felton Hardware is the best. But Ace Hardware both in Milford and Harrington out do Lowe's and Home Depot

I love this store for a quick in and out. Always seems to have exactly what I need! I use online ordering as well, for a quick and easy pick up. I would love to give you the full 5 stars, but due to the gentleman at the front counter, I cannot. He has become so unbearable and downright nasty to customers and fellow employees. I have had many failed attempts over the last umpteen years coming in there, to try to make him smile or return a little kindness that I go out of my way to give to him. In the future, if he is working when I come in, I will not give up my quest to make him smile! 😃

On Tuesday 6/17/2025, I went in to Ace Hardware in Harrington, De.to purchase light bulbs. I took in my old bulb in a box. The salesman asked if I needed help (and I did). He took me right to them and found the one I needed! The young lady at the ckout counter was very kind and friendly as well.

This place is absolutely horrible. Awful customer service. Manger was ignorant and hostile. The issue was there fault and he did nothing to satisfy it except for cursing at me. I will never go back in that store again
