My mother-in-law uses an old iPhone 7 since she can’t figure out the newer phones. Anyway, the battery would barely keep a charge. I dropped off the phone for a new battery and it was finished in 1.5 hours. I couldn’t even tell it was taken apart and best of all I’m a hero because mother-in-law has her old phone working like new. Thanks to you guys for the fast, friendly and professional service! I highly recommend them to everyone if you need work done on your phone.

Took my phone yo them to have fixed so I could get information off phone. Went to pick it up to only have the phone do a total factory reset. Employee blamed me! Wow paid 75.00 for nothing and they had phone for 2 weeks. Said had to order parts but they kept new parts and handed me a non working phone. Don't take anything to them. I have heard that their Dover location it better to deal with.

Got my MacBook Pro done there. My screen was cracked and went black. Everything was good then Few months later it went black again.. I been without my MacBook book for awhile now bc I dnt wanna pay another 300 for it to go black again.

I came in and he fixed my screen of my phone pretty well but you can't hold on the screen because it will cancel it out and it will sometime stop working and you can only restart it for my phone to work and those stairs are steep

I am very satisfied with the outcome of my daughter's phones he did a very thorough job very nice very patient and very kind and didn't take too long I recommend him to anyone who has a phone that needs to be fixed he explains what needs to be done to you not just take the phone and fix it but he explains what's wrong with the phone and then he'll tell you what needs to be done and then after that he'll tell you the price and it's up to you whether you want it done or not but for some of the other places that I've been to you can't beat the price fix ur crack it's the place to go

TLDR: this place carries out speedy, affordable, and reliable service while fostering good business practices and customer relations.
These guys are great. I'm a mechanic and my phone port regularly gets so much dirt/gunk in it that it won't allow my phone to charge. Fix Ur Crack's port cleaning is always able to get my phone back in perfect working order for just $20 and 15 minutes of my time. They also were very helpful when I first came to them asking for an entirely new port. They declined the larger sale of a new port and insisted I try a cleaning first, which saved me a bunch of time and money. I intend to return to Fix Ur Crack for any of my tech repair needs.
