“I will soon be getting a puppy from a breeder who uses Beaverdam Pet Food, she highly recommends them. Before using their product, I did some research and read the two negative reviews from 9 months and a year ago, both customers noted frustrations with shipping costs and/or availability, not product.
I was extremely impressed with the honest and sincere responses from the owner, who explained the difficulties facing small businesses trying to survive, make a profit, or even break even in today's operating environment. He went on to say that attempting to find a solution to these issues adds to that frustration, since calling a large corporate vendor these days sends you into the endless process of prompts, emails, voice mails, rarely getting to actually speak to anyone. The end result most often is being right back where you started, a lesson in futility. I believe this is something we can all relate to, personal customer service is a thing of the past.
