I Had my brake inspection today, Jeff was honest about everything.
Hes a real honest and all American guy that you wouldn't find in Dover. I always brought my vehicles to him. Reasonable and gets repairs fixed correctly.

We had issue with charging system for our 2020 Chevy traverse
They diagnosed it and replaced the alternator
Multiple times after that I’ve mentioned to them that my battery light and on my dash it’s reading below 13 V while the vehicle is running underload, along with multiple low-voltage generator codes when scanned.
I called them back at to set up a reevaluation and they stated that they could not find anything when I ask could you give me the procedures about the technician performed
They replied, they could not duplicate the concern, however after picking it up (after hours) the issue still presenting itself
I had asked if they can give me a quote for an OEM alternator as this might be an issue since they have replaced it with a cheap aftermarket without giving me a option to get OEM

Am I lucky I happened to pull over right next to the shop when the car was in trouble! When I spoke to the one mechanic Jason I was so impressed however the owner tried to pull a fast one and after getting a second quote was charging me extra for little things. Apparently brakes aren’t apart of an inspection… after I questioned it he wouldn’t even talk to me just said sign this paper saying my car wasn’t safe and to get out. I was surprised and carefully read over the paper. Many things were incorrect and fabricated lies. Never again would I ever come here after being screamed at and disrespected the way I was. I had my 7 year old sister with me and the audacity is astonishing.Service: Brakes

Decided to try this shop over Smitty's in Harrington, and I'm entirely glad I did. Smitty's will not accept customer supplied parts. This shop doesn't discourage customers from bringing their own parts, and that's just the start of it. Dropped my car off the previous night before closing, and he started on it asap the next morning. Although we couldn't replace my exhaust and catalytic converters due to my mistake, he did inform me of several other issues I had no idea were there. The pricing is fantastic and greatly reflects the quality of the work provided here. If you're looking for a great shop that won't break your bank AND will take care of your car in a timely fashion, this is the shop to go to. I will 100000% be back.
