This pharmacy is absolutely HORRENDOUS. my fiancé and I have had numerous occasions where they messed up our insurance or chose not to fill a prescription. I called the store and got no answer, but I was left waiting. My fiancé even called corporate to report this store, and they literally sighed on the phone and transferred his call to the delivery department without any further questions. He didn't even need our prescriptions to be delivered(?) He called to inform them about this store's refusal to fill a precription. This store and company are absolutely disgusting.

If your meds are for pain meds don't go to this store if you try to call them you rarely can get through they billed my insurance before filling a script they couldn't fill so I couldn't get it filled anywhere else they will only fill scripts every 30 so if you run out and there out of stock means your outta luck I left there pharmacy twice before because of issues I should have known better don't go to this pharmacy I promise you at some you will regret it.

If I could give 0 I would I called Harrington Wallgreens to confirm if they had my medication because Seaford my usual didn’t have them. They confirmed they had it and could fill my script had my Dr call and switch everything come 330 I come to get it and they tell me I have to wait for the safe to open if you wanted to wait it’ll be about a hour so I wait just for them to tell me they couldn’t fill it because they didn’t have enough now Its too late to find another one and I’ll be sick tonight and tomorrow they are just about useless for communication

The pharmacist at this pharmacy (a certain one) plays favorites and fills prescriptions based off of how they feel of importance.. not everyone is gonna tell you their whole life story.. it's not always everyone's business. Between My daughter and I's over 13 prescriptions we always are receiving them late or have to wait hours bc that particular pharmacist feels we aren't important. Forget the fact I'm on diaylsis, have a bad back with rods and had neck surgery and still have bad issues. Bc I don't tell them all my business I get put at the bottom. And that is unfair. It should go in order they receive them not who they feel is more important and deserves their meds faster. It's ridiculous 😒 and if it was easier to switch with all my monthly meds I would.. and am in fact looking into it. I know I'm not the only person with this problem and I feel Corp should do something about how they dedicate that pharmacy.. who ever is allow their pharmacist to play God and do as they wish is wrong. They should definitely be held to a higher standard...

Pulled up to Walgreens at 8:45pm. As I got out and started to walk to the door the lady shuts the door and locks it. Mind you they are supposed to be open till 9pm. Very unprofessional

Terrible communication. I've been waiting for over a month to get a prescription filled and everytime I call I get put on hold for 20+ minutes just to be told my prescription will be filled with the next delivery. Huge waste of time find a different pharmacy.

Standing in line for 15 minutes or more is ridiculous they kept walking away if they tell a customer that it's not ready then have them step aside not just leave them at the window waiting for it to get done worst pharmacy ever.

Would give ZERO stars if that were an option. Staff does not understand how to be a pharmacy. Does not understand how to communicate properly with physicians and with customers. It is not only Harrington's location. They are one of the top worst, but I have noticed that a few Dover ones are terrible, Milford is bad, and so is Camden. Would not recommend. Please if you have the option to use a different pharmacy then avoid a Walgreens pharmacy at all costs. Even if your medication is "ready"... then they will say it is not. Every single time they make a mistake in your face they will not try to hide it or even apologize. Walgreens... DO BETTER for your customers. This is so sad :(

Recently, I had my prescriptions transferred here due to the untimely closing of the Rite Aid in Harrington. Stopped past on Saturday morning to pick up a prescription. I was greeted by a sign that said they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I can't believe what is happening. Is there a conspiracy afoot to cut off my access to prescription services?

This place sucks! Lines all through the store, 3 windows with 1 open, 6 people running around behind pharmacy and they just don’t care! Hours till 6pm and weekends closed! Poor customer service! Why are they allowed and the others are open! Those hours are only available for me on Tuesday only!

That manager is massive b word. Screams and yells at customers the way she does at her young employees in front of customers. Won’t even respond with words if you ask her where something is; all she does is grunt like an animal. I’ve never been yelled at by the manager of a store just for asking for a receipt. It’s all good tho since I don’t work there and since her behavior towards me was unacceptable…well, my turn lol
